Very unresponsive to emails. Claim you can reach support by a phone number that just goes to the sales team. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

Gréât online banking service. Super responsive

FIRE was my online solution to manage my business in UK from my office in Portugal. I had a GBP and a EUR account and it couldn't be more easy to run either on my Mac browser as well as with my mobile App. Transfers between accounts are immediate. Paying and receiving from EU, UK or outside Europe is not a problem. Regarding the support, I always get an answer on time. I can't be more happy.

My business accountant, during setup over 3 years ago, recommended Fire Financial Services for my business bank. From the outset the staff have been helpful and professional, while also providing guidance when required. While working abroad, being able to immediately and securely verify transactions has been invaluable. Also being able to readily access and download information enabled instant reconciling of expenses. I cannot recall anything adversely affecting my business. I started a FIRE.com business account two years ago to use when invoicing clients in the UK and Europe. The performance and service have been excellent. Firstly it's a real bank account (two actually - EUR and GBP). I get my own IBANs just like any other bank. Secondly incoming and outgoing transfers are rapid. Incoming UK BACS credits the same day if received by 1530 GMT and incoming EURO SEPA by 1630. Finally the APP is slick and reliable and the security is strong, I get notifications in real time on all spending. Customer Service is good as well, far superior to a high street bank. The only quibble is some exotic payment methods will bounce back - like WIREs, but you just have to educate clients on that.

Fire provides the ideal Business bank account for me with very prompt customer service via email responding to any queries I may have.

Was approved a loan then they hit you with pay up front fee of 280 euros to cover admin fee

Total nightmare to deal with. Worst customer service I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Do yourself a favour and use any other financial institution.You can't run a company dealing with this.
