Dead laptop.
First used last week. Emailed then spoke with Brendan. Laptop "died" took it in pm left it overnight.Was told the SSD had failed as it was grossly overheated. It was replaced and laptop collected that day (Friday) with win 10 and as much data as could be retrieved. Over weekend tried to reload accounts program (a 2012 version no longer supported by Intuit) from CD. No joy. Dvd/rw did show on file explorer. Emailed Brendan Sunday pm and got response 5pm ! Took in Monday am and my Dvd/rw was dead too. Brendan reloaded program from CD with external drive. Delighted with service at reasonable cost.
