The online account doesn't have a feature to update or change the direct debit account that I was able to find. Upon getting through to Becky via the online chat and advising I wanted to update my DD then going quite she promptly called me to ensure it was indeed me calling to make this change. I was actually surprised by the call as I got side tracked due to working at the same time. They were able to swift grt my details updated and ready for the next pay cycle.
