Once the documents were put on the correct place everything was easy. But I did have to phone up to ask where my documents were before they realised they hadn't made them available for me to review.

A pleasant surprise at insurance renewal!
First of all I had a pleasant surprise to find that the renewal quote given was just about the same as last year...therefore I decided to renew the buildings&contents insurance but, due to my disaffection with portals, I opted to call in rather than operate online. The operator lady - Ines Bento - was extremely thorough and efficient through the whole process, delightfully pleasant and patient with my processing the information, and I couldn't have wished for a more pleasant experience, for which I am truly grateful.
