The 5 stars are for Becky. For a few weeks there has been an ongoing issue with phone calls and emails back and forth. Very stressful. Within a day, Becky had sorted everything, was open about the mistakes made, and completed everything in a blink. Super friendly, I would ask for her again for sure.

Rebecca was very helpful, helping me pay my Building Insurance. She asked me if I would like to know how much it would cost Monthly. But I said I just wanted to pay it in one lump sum, as it works cheaper in the long run. She also asked if I would like any add ons to the insurance. Which I declined, very helpful Lady.

Fantastic experience today with F2P. I spoke to Lori and also to Miz and both were excellent at advising on my queries in relation to my renewal. Lori in particular spent a good deal of time with me running through my levels of cover and was able to requote me quickly when I advised that I wanted to increase my sum insured for my landlords contents cover.
