Placed 2 orders in March 2026 NEVER RECIEVED AND NO REFUND GIVEN! STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY

** Edited to say I have now completed a section 75 claim back through my bank to get my refund - Do the same if you haven't had your goods!** Placed 2 orders in March 2026. Not had either of them. Was promised a refund for both and have never recieved it. Contacted them several times by phone and promised a refund. Now not answering phone. I have used their online contact form and still no refund. I will be pursuing this with the small claims court as it has been 3 months and still not had goods or a refund. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. I would give them 0 stars if it were possible. Poor customer service and they will take your money without sending goods or giving a refund.

Scammers!

Scammers!! Stay Clear!!
Ordered a pair of Boxing Gloves, did not arrive in 3 week, let alone in the 2 days advertised for postage! Sent 3x emails and rang them twice. No reply to emails and phone number constantly rings. PLEASE AVOID AND DON’T GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS COMPANY!! 😡😡

I ordered a microwaveable wheat bag…

I ordered a microwaveable wheat bag from First4health and was very disappointed with my purchase. The size was much smaller than advertised …..a very inferior product to similar ones I have had before…..and I immediately informed them. Twice now I have contacted their customer service dept without any response at all. NO REPLY AT ALL. So, no redeeming qualities about this company. My advice? Ignore them

Ordered 8th November. No delivery at 29th November. Despite several messages asking where goods are, no replies from this Company and money lost. Would not recommend

If you have an issue I think you will…

If you have an issue I think you will be on your own.
My cheap order was placed and when my order did not arrive I sent an email to this effect.
As time moved on I sent another email and also left a message on their contact us page.
This didn’t do anything either so I phoned them twice and sent a text, to no avail.
So now I have sent three emails in total, two telephone calls, a text. They have my email address and mobile number.

SO GOOD LUCK

Just avoid this company . They are doggy. I have ordered 10 bottle sauces they sent me 8 bottless . Now they do not answer emails, can not contact them. They just ignoring costumers. I have just completed citizens advise bureau form to get my refund , I won't give up . So they can't deceive other people

BUYER BEWARE

Ordered and not everything was delivered. They don't respond to e mails or answer their phone so BUYER BEWARE.

After a long struggle got a refund. It was blamed on change of company ownership.

SCAM Ordered items payment was taken

Ordered items payment was taken, then after a few days I got an email to say they cancelled the order and only sent a part refund. WHY canceled and WHY only a part refund
Now they don't answer the phone or emails.

Awful Packaging, Unhelpful Delivery, Damaged Order

I purchased some biscuits from this company. I was disappointed with the way my order was packaged when they were eventually delivered. There was no real protection around them, and the ‘’fragile’ sticker used to connect the two flimsy boxes together did not protect the cargo whatsoever. My order arrived with lots of brown tape on the bottom of the box so I’m assuming the bottom fell away during transit. This was also an assumption when I opened the biscuits because over half of them in the bottom section of the package had their boxes crushed and either one or both end flaps of the boxes were torn off !!! The biscuits on the top row were bartered also. I did not make this purchase for the contents to be in such a bad state due to the lack of protective packaging. This is just not good enough … I have never received any food items with so many crushed and torn packaging during all my online shopping life.
Also, First4health used Parcelforce for their delivery to me. They did not deliver at convenient times. They only left one card, did not deliver to my neighbour when I asked, and if I had wanted them to deliver on a Saturday, I would have had to pay £12.00 for the pleasure. The is absolutely ridiculous. The only reason I finally received my order from Parcelforce was because I was off sick from work, so therefore at home to receive when delivered at a very inconvenient time.
I contacted First4health outlining my experience through their online contact form. They did not bother to acknowledge or reply to my concerns. I will not purchase from this company again.

UPDATE …. It seems this company lies also as they have never tried to contact me to resolve my issue (apart from now after seeing my review !!!). Don’t lie saying you’ve tried to contact me when you clearly have not…..
