Great service, really helpful guys that know their stuff

The service was excellent and the grass has met all my expectations. The price was also very good.

Brilliant experience from start to finish. Got 15 x 4m of the Victoria 37mm - beautiful product with the three different colours - looks immaculate in the sun and perfect for kids football etc. Delivery was exceptional. Helped me wheel the roll down a steep field for about 400 yrds to the back entrance of my property without complaint - really nice service. Fully recommend this company.

Firstchoice was by far the cheapest grass we could find. It was lovely to be able to see and feel the grass.
All staff were very helpful without any hard selling tactics .

Ordered some samples to show to my customers these arrived very quickly and the quality is by far the best. Delivery arrived when they said it would and customer service was excellent. I've laid the grass with no problems and my customer is very satisfied with the end result. Highly recommend! Requested free samples which arrived very fast and a good size too. We then chose which we wanted to order and ordered online, delivery was quick and came on time. Had the grass put down at the weekend and it's great!

Excellent product, good service.

This company are excellent to deal with. We ordered many samples of grass from 5 different companies and theirs were definitely the best and a great price. Our new lawn looks amazing and we achieved the result ourselves, without having to pay a lot of money for someone to do it.

We had samples through from a few suppliers. First choice were by far the better quality and value. The samples were clearly labelled and priced (unlike the others) making selection simple. They were able to deliver quickly & were very helpful on the phone. And we absolutely love our new grass. A friend commented that we'll have added a few thousand pounds to the value of our house. Very pleased.

After having over 50 samples from various companies we decided to opt for the Kingswood 38mm Artificial Grass and we're not disappointed. The grass was delivered within 3 days of ordering and was simple to lay. Now our garden looks amazing and it looks like a real well maintained lawn. The price was very reasonable as there are many other brands which were more expensive but not as good. I would recommend this company and this product to anyone. The customer service was very good and we received a follow up call to check that everything was as it should be. First class service - FirstChoiceGrass.

The "grass" was delivered promptly as arranged and the driver kindly carried it to rear of our house.Very pleased with the whole experience ie cost and quality,thank you very much our dogs love it too
