Very pleased with our artificial grass and service from First Choice Grass. Grass looks great brilliant for our four dogs, no more mud plastered on our carpets and they love it and it's easy to clear up after them! Would (and have) recommend First Choice Grass to anyone considering artificial grass.

I have used this company twice now and the service has been outstanding. Recently spoke with Jack and nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend firstchoicegrass to everyone, you won't be disappointed with the products or service.

Placed my order online and within minutes I had a follow up phone call confirming my order. It arrived on the day expected where it sat in my garage for a few months before I got around to laying it. Having first laid it it seemed a bit flat considering I purchased one of the top end grasses. However after a few days and several good brushes it has tufted up lovely.
Firstchoice are easy to deal with, and are very keen that your experience is a positive one.

Better than expected and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this product

I saw an ad on fb and decided to order some free samples. I received these within a day or so and decided to go ahead and order. The grass then came within the next week and throughout the whole process I was kept informed of delivery times etc. The grass is a dream having 2 young kids and a dog, I would definitely recommend first choice grass and will be using them again in the near future to do my front garden.

When I phoned to enquire, the staff werereally friendly and helpful. They sent us samples so we could choose which 'turf' we wanted. The was no pressure selling and the product arrived when they said it would. Well done. We're very happy.

The grass was delivered promptly, however one 4 metre length showed a strip of blemiished material throughout its length. However First Choice Grass have undertaken to replace.

Great company to deal with placed a order late one night the next morning got a phone call saying they could dispatch my order that day for next day delivery. Great customer service and super fast delivery would highly recommend.

Sent for samples which arrived very quickly,they were large enough to see exactly what you would get. Order was made and communication with them was brilliant, extremely helpful and arranged delivery to suit me. Would definitely recommend to others without any hesitation.

The site is easy to navigate and ordering is simple. The choice of grass is very good and delivery was quick.
You need very sharp scissors or knife for cutting. (Which we didn't have, so used a hack saw, which worked great).
The grass is easy to lay and looks great!
The only down side was the delivery cost, especially when you receive it you find it is a one man delivery, so he needs help to get the roll of grass from the van, if you don't have a strong person around you are in trouble.

From the first phone call to the grass been delivered everything was first class. I laid the grass myself and found the website had the info I needed. It looks so real a d feels great. If we ever move and need more grass there isn't another company I would use.
