SPAM CALLS WON'T STOP!
I only wanted state madated medcaid, and what i got was an infernal amount of spam calls about quotes. Endless spam calls. While I'm sleeping. While I'm at work. While I'm at church. And they keep coming through even though I am registered within the National Do Not Call Registry. I am being harassed and all your quotes suck horribly! I JUST WANTED MEDICAID!
Not only do I give you fascists 1 star, but if you keep sending your minions after my phone number, I will absolutely be pressing harassment charges to your god forsaken company. You people are the definition of hell! AVOID THIS SERVICE AT ALL COSTS, if you can even call it that.
Total scam
Total scam. The agent insisted on my SSN and credit card information in order to apply for some too-good-to-be-true private insurance. I asked for a website and an email that includes the insurance plan I qualify for. However, the agent stated he could not provide that information. As per Colorado department of healthcare policy and financing, Colorado’s Medicaid and CHP+ will never ask for bank/ credit card information and also your full SSN. The agent was extremely convincing but thankfully I came across a government official website that ensured that private information would not be managed on the phone. Stay safe and they should honestly have a class lawsuit against them.
Horrific customer service
Horrific customer service! Do not fall for it! They don’t care about people. They only care about money!
Very Bad customer service
Very Bad customer service ! I would not recommend! I was talking to one of the agents on the phone and I made it very clear that I would could not make a payment today ! He proceeded and told me that’s fine , the payment would come after my approval . So we get through all the paperwork and they tried charging my card . I reminded him that I could not make a payment today because I just started working , it would have to be next week . One of the employees who monitored his call joined the call and started arguing with me on the phone because I didn’t have an understanding that I would have to make my first payment while on the phone. He accused me of wasting their time. I assured him the it wasn’t my intention to waste their time or mines and I wouldn’t have given all of my information out if I had the understand that a payment had to be made today . I tried calling back to report this to a manager and someone acted as the manager on the phone . Told me they would connect me to someone and then the phone disconnected . Very bad customer service , I would not recommend !
if i could go negative 300
if i could go negative 300, i would. nonstop calls from hundreds of different numbers, you could block every single one and they'd still call. accidentally went through them instead of ucare and oh my GOD i'll never aimlessly click ever again. this should be illegal. they are doing war-like torture. if you work there, quit your job. i'm begging you. evil incarnate. this company blows
Just awful
Just awful. .over 50 calls all from different numbers wvery day, offering rates too.good to be true, when ask for an email with information they won't give it till you give a credit card number....they need to be shut down. Way too pushy about not wanting to give you any information to look over they just want you to pay enrollment fee to "save" your spot
I never approached or inquired on their…
I never approached or inquired on their product. Their telemarketers have called me at least 20 times in last 2 days plus texts. I’ve answered 3 times with the same lady trying to sell me. I told her I’m in a different state, this is a business phone and I don’t need insurance. They still keep calling. Stay away from this company.
I’m so frustrated that I signed up…
I’m so frustrated that I signed up online to receive a quote. I was under the impression they would email me but instead they distributed my phone number to every insurance company in the US. To say I was immediately bombarded with calls is an understatement. On average I have been receiving over 100 calls a day despite signing up for insurance last week. Most of the companies mask their calls to get past the blocks and get aggressive and hang up when they’re asked to remove me from the call list. I’ve never seen anything like it and I blame First Quote Health with not being more transparent about their process. It should be illegal.
Scam
This company is a scam. They misrepresent the product they sell you. They will use clever tactics and lie to you on the phone, saying you are getting an actual, legit health insurance plan. Promise no deductible, 100% coverage, low rates, etc. They will continually try to reassure you when you show any sign of starting to think its a scam. They sell overpriced health discount cards, not insurance. This is a scam. Do not fall for it. Use a .gov site.
Here's what I think..
Here's what I think... We all here who are making the same complaint, which is very apparent, need to get together and file a class action lawsuit again this company and many other companies doing the same thing (soliciting our information with our consent, and false advertisement)
This HAS TO STOP... This HAS TO STOP!!!

False representation and information
I have been bombarded with over 100 phone calls I signed up for their plan around the second of January 2024 I finally got information in the mail on the 17th of January 2024 reading about my policy and calling customer service to have them send me policy details to find out that it is not health insurance at all but a supplement. I continue to be bombarded with phone calls one every two or three minutes. Total disappointment
The very same thing the previous…
The very same thing the previous reviewers have wrote. Countless calls from the first minute. It can't be legitimate. I highly regret giving my information for a simple online quote.
This is repetitive
This is repetitive, but from someone else, 5 calls this morning starting at 9AM to 10:30AM. Pleading with them to stop calling (they even lied on their website that I would SEE the quotes), I've started telling them what their mothers can do to Trump's genitals.
I would give this business zero stars…
I would give this business zero stars if I could! We all should start a class action lawsuit against these folks! Called me 12 times in 6 hours and just hang up! I unfortunately filled out the form at https quote.firstquotehealth.com and have been hounded ever since!
Scam
Scam, they sell your I fo to multiple agencies and keep calling you in middle of night
Rude, clueless thugs
I was just trying to get insurance quotes.
Never got them because I was unwilling to give CC info.
71 calls yesterday from them. I answered 8 trying to get them to remove me from their list to no avail.
19 calls today so far and it's only 9:45.
When I answer, as soon as the CSR's hear you don't want information and want to be removed they hang up. I feel bad for people who are forced to work for a company that uses tactics like this.
There have been 2 more calls since I started typing this.
Do not do it
If you don’t like your phone during 24 seven don’t even start to fill this thing up because my phone rang 12 times before I even finished getting my quote and it was from all over the place so do not put your phone number in there or you will have to change your number. I guarantee you that.
Do NOT do business with this company!!
Do NOT do business with this company!!! They not only falsified the coverages being offered they lied about our providers accepting the coverages. They presented the coverages as insurance when in fact they are merely a discount program for medical and dental services. When we discovered their misrepresentations, we immediately requested a full refund, only to be given the run around. This company is not credible. Beware!!!
