They called me out of the blue. 8 times in the past 2 days. They keep saying 'Hello, David?'. I have responded each time with 'My name is not David. Do not call me again.' They continue calling me.

I don't recommend a service that outright ignores me when I say 'I'm not who you're calling'.

Terrible customer service experience. The first person I spoke to seemed helpful but then no one would give me written information for me to take my time to compare- they just pushed for immediate payment before I was even approved. When I called back and asked for more information about the policy I was being offered, the "benefits manager" anthony was so rude and condescending I hung up on him. I have been an independent contractor for years and have had individual coverage several times. I have never been told I couldn't view the details of the policy until I paid for it. Do not trust these people. They are rude and pushy. I'm sure it is a scam. When I tried to talk to the person who seemed helpful, I was told he "left suddenly and was unavailable" Sorry, you don't get my money before I see what I am paying for and I know for a fact that it is not "against the law" to provide that in writing to potential customers.

I thought I was filling out a form for a simple comparison of quotes for health plans in my state. This was for information and budgeting purposes only as I have employer based coverage. I just wanted to know how much it might cost me IF that coverage ever went away. I kept getting bounced to new forms asking for more info. After the third time of not getting real information, I closed the browser in disgust. Then the phone calls started. I have had 47 so far today, all from different numbers, starting about 2 minutes after I left the site. How pathetically desperate and shady does a so-called business have to be to bombard people like that? If it were this company or no insurance at all, I'd take my chances and go without.

I never use all caps for anything. Now it is appropriate. First time in my life. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY OR AFFILIATES FOR ANYTHING!!! I just wanted a quote for insurance being unemployed due to the pandemic. After filling out their form I received 30 to 50 calls a day. Still do a week later. My voicemail is always full. I can't get legitimate calls for employment. SHUT THIS VERY DIRTY DISGUSTING ILLEGAL OPERATION DOWN NOW!!!

If you choose to do any business with them you will be making the worst decision ever. DON'T DO ANYTHING WITH THEM. EVER!!!

I called for a QUOTE and when I wasn't ready to pay $300 today to ensure my monthly rate of $200 I was transferred to maybe a manager, I do not know. I explained my position, that I was calling for QUOTES, the boy got real aggressive and insulting. Insinuating that I was not signing with them today because I could not afford it. Which I told him again, I am calling for a QOUTE and would not allow myself to be pressured into paying right that very moment and I guess he did not take that very well because he got loud and told me that there was no need for me to waste his time then which he promptly followed it up with hanging up on me. Which is fine because I wanted the call to end anyways since he wasn't listening to me and trying to force my money out of my wallet. I was transferred to First Quote from a 3rd party so if I get transferred to them again from an outside agent, they all will be hung up on.

Same as other commenters below - hundreds of calls, asked to be removed, etc. with no luck. After several days of the relentless calls, I finally got a phone number to call to be removed from the list (888) 475-3122 then press 9. Hope this helps!

Do not use this company. I called them first in my research for insurance and talked to, I think his name was Mac Ryan, and he got pissed because I wouldn't sign on with him because I wanted to do more research. I hung up on him and he called me back and left me a message calling me a bum and said he can tell I have no money and I have no business talking to anyone about insurance. What an idiot

Terrible mistake!

Do NOT sign up for this service. I literally got over 100 calls in two days from insurance agents, who were mostly rude when I told them to stop calling me and add me to the Do Not Contact List. The calls keep coming from different numbers so I can't even block them. I called First Quote back to be removed from the list and the calls keep coming. I'm afraid I'm going to have to change my number over this. So frustrated.

Never even got a quote.

When my heterosexual male partner used the term "partner" in reference to myself (female) to review the quote at a later time, a supervisor got on the phone and asked him if "SVEN is f*&!#ng him up the ass hard every night". This was an abdominal hate crime. This was a homophobic attack. I tried to report this and will keep trying. DO NOT GO WITH THEM.

Waste of time. Mass health website- after filling out the form that I had a pre existing condition- referred me to here. After a phone interview, I was told sorry, can't help, you need to go through MassHealth. Every single medical insurance website pushes you to First health. Unnecessary added stress and aggravation for nothing.

I wish I could give NO STARS. They have called me at least 20 times over a 3 day span and every time I've answered, I've gotten some smart mouthed remark and been hung up on. I asked to be removed from the call/text list and they have called me TWICE in ten minutes, made a little nasty remark and hung up. DISGUSTING corporation. SHAME on all of you.

They should be reported to the Better Business Bureau. The lady told me I was a whack job when I told her I wanted to check with my family 1st. Please shut down this operation.

If you enter information through this site you will be bombarded with calls.

The texts were continuous even after I asked them to stop. Never this company your information.

Customer service rep was very short and hung up on me when I asked if I could do it online. Has hung up upon me calling back twice. Grade A service if you ask me!

Don't fill any form from these guys, they will harass you forever. worst health/marketing company I have come across. I have opt out from their services three times already and still calls non stop.

Don't fill out their form - they will spam and harass you! I've had to launch a complaint with the Bureau of Consumer Affairs. In short: Aggressive, ineffective, unprofessional.

I filled out their form online because I was trying to find out the answer to a single question for a friend about health insurance - was not interested in their services. I also used clearly fake info, e.g. my address was "123 Happy Street."

I received 14 phone calls from them on the first day, and 3 voicemails. I answered the second call to say I wasn't interested (or even eligible!) to get health insurance. Still got 12 more calls and 3 voicemails.

Called and asked them to remove me. Have still received more than a dozen calls since then, numerous emails (despite unsubscribing), and a text.
