I received a call stating my account had been compromised, I got a bad feeling, so I hung up and called 1st Tech. I spoke to Evelyn Castellanos and she was able to confirm that my account was ok, but we canceled my debit card and a new one is being sent out. Evelyn was very helpful and understanding to my situation. She was concerned and was able to help me through the phone call. I really appreciate how 1st Tech takes care of its members.

Cornell Road office has wonderfully competent office staff, especially Ms Bhadrapur, great layout (unlike the horrible new 185th office), and convenient parking, with no fast food restaurant’s cars blocking every access route.

My family has been a 1st Tech family…
My family has been a 1st Tech family member since 1997, nearly 30 years!
Today I requested assistance with my Master Card charges. I was treated professionally, positive behavior, as a 'family' member, politely... he stayed on the telephone with me until my transaction was 100% successfully accomplished. Always a nice experience teaming with the best of the best!
