First Tech is great at helping with scams!
Drew was very helpful in helping me to deal with a scam call that showed up as from First Tech but used that advantage to get my debit card number. He cancelled the card, showed me my new digital one, and helped me add it to my Apple Wallet.

Queenie Phu and Alex Cohen were great…
Queenie Phu and Alex Cohen were great help getting my Deed of Trust completed. Queenie also went the extra step and help me setting up my online banking . Queenie also got my late fee waived. Last month a representative changed my membership savings to a I believe a rewards savings, we forgot to do the automatic payment from my savings. She noticed right away but got it taken care of. Thanks again.

Customer First, without being weird about it
First Tech has always been about helping me first, and not trying to extract something out of me. My experience with their call centers and calling in to them has also been top notch: If something beneficial is available to me, they let me know, but I never feel like they're trying to sell me on something I don't want. Great experience
We had the misfortune of being hacked and had to cancel and setup all new accounts in this ugly process. The silver lining to this mess was Queenie. She was patient, very knowledgeable, thorough and carefully explained every detail of the many changes we needed to make. Queenie then introduced us to Hashim. He is going to be our Premier Financial Representative. He got us all set up in a matter of minutes and now we have access to many new benefits.
We feel very fortunate to have both Queenie and Hashim to help us with all of our financial needs at First Tech.

Exceptional customer services
We really appreciate that the customer service team at First Tech reached out to us and suggested that we look into the premier services which is now earning us a much better interest rate on our money! Hashim especially was very helpful in setting up an appt to meet with us prior to year end so that we could qualify for the extra APY boost. He was very pleasant, clearly explained the many advantages and incentives offered with the premier services, listened to us and answered all of our questions to our satisfaction.
