My customer experience with Joshua Turner made my customer experience with First Tech great!
I called for two reasons and received what I was looking to accomplish. Mr. Turner was professional and answered my questions and performed the tasks to get me what I needed. Mr. Turner was kind, patient and gave me the feeling he genuinely enjoyed interacting with his customers. This means a lot to me, and I believe other seniors too, that you aren't made to feel like you're a bother and taking up too much of their time.
With customer representatives like Joshua Turner, First Tech gets an 'A'.

My branch assistant manager, Francisco Aranda, provided excellent detail when I was looking to maximize my return on a CD. He recommended a CD that allowed me to make an additional contribution during the CD term, and also take advantage of any increase in the interest rate offered.

Eileen was willing to take the time to make sure I was getting the right finicial instrument for my needs. A+

Daniel Gouveia is a fabulous person. He always leave a positive impression whenever contacted for any issue, support required. Daniel is all time favorite person to work with.

Eileen Alvarez our personal banker at First Tech is consistently excellent at assisting us with our premier account. She helped us set up our CDs and helped us get the most benefit from our savings accounts. She is quick to respond and always gets things done for us.

The service representative was very nice and patient as he assisted me with a money transfer involving adding an external account. He explained the process and allowed me multiple opportunities to get the external account linked. I am unsure of which Credit Union location he helped me from. But the service was excellent.

The representative was very personable and pleasant and insured that all of my questions were clearly answered in a clear and concise way. The personal customer service was outstanding and unique for a bank.

I prefer going in person to the Cupertino First Tech branch. I don't like online banking.
I have been going to the Cupertino branch even before it became First Tech. All the employees are friendly and very helpful and consistent. I never feel like they are rushing me.
Early this year, I was victim of a financial scam.
The employees, Mithu and Henning, helped us a lot to recover our losses and get new accounts. Other times for simple transactions, Francisco and Josh help me. I look forward to visiting the Cupertino branch very much.

Josh helped me today by executing about 6 transactions all done expeditiously with a smile. I prefer going in rather than doing things on their app so I have printed receipts.

My release of lien was sent to the wrong address originally and I was having issues getting the title to my totaled car. Angela Cobb in the Collateral management department went ABOVE and beyond to get me a new, notarized release of lien document and NEXT DAY shipped it to me so I can be able to get my title from the DMV.
I had gotten in an accident and currently don't have a vehicle. Angela listened, and responded with understanding. She single handedly turned my whole situation around. What a Godsend!
