Always ready to help members. No hassles.

Met with Christopher Ray today and he was working with him and become a Premier member. He was teaching me where my money would make the most money for me. I don’t like banking on line in case someone steals or I lose my iPad. I prefer one one ones to do my banking. I have been with first tech for years and have only had one bad time when someone was using my debit card, without authorization, went to the Nimbus location and they resolved the situation immediately. Very helpful.

DO NOT BANK HERE! REGRET IT IF YOU DO

DO NOT BANK HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! Do not let the good reviews fool you. All is fine until it's not. Atrocious. Classic case of "you get what you pay for". There is not ONE person in the building with a finance degree and not ONE person with more than a couple of years of any experience in banking or finance. Run run run far from this bank. There are so many other better options out there. The Walmart of banking options...

Best Bank Branch!

I have been coming here for many years - and for good reason. I am always treated so well by everyone and they are always quick to help any issue I may have. I will not go elsewhere - I have known many members over the years and Shavani,Darnell and now Collyn have been taking such good care of me!

Customer Service at First Tech is Dead

I have been a member for over 35 years. Today, at the Nimbus office, I asked them to do a wire transfer. There were *2* customers in the branch and 4-5 employees that I could see. They had me wait for 15 minutes, then informed me that the manager said I would have to come back in 1.5 hours for an appointment, because they had other people with appointments coming in 15 minutes. They said it takes 30 minutes to do a wire transfer. I went home and did it on the computer in 10 minutes. Goodbye, First Tech, I'm done.

Tommy was excellent

Tommy was excellent. He listened well to our needs, and explained and showed what he was doing throughout the process. He was thorough and thought of a couple of things I had not anticipated - which was super helpful.
I really appreciate how great he was with my 94 year old mom too.

My very first experience opening a bank account in USA, and it was truly exceptional!!!

Shivani Marathe guided me through every step with patience, clarity, and genuine care. She was very interactive and answered all my questions without hesitation. As someone who recently moved from the Philippines to Beaverton for work, this was my first time opening a bank account in the United States, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I spent a couple of hours speaking with her, and I didn’t even notice the time pass because I enjoyed our conversation so much. She helped me understand how First Tech can support newcomers like me who are starting a new life in a new environment. Her professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help made me feel confident and welcomed.

Thank you so much Shivani. I’m truly looking forward to our future partnership, and I already feel at ease knowing I have the best financial representative perhaps even my future financial advisor in this great and beautiful country.
