Met with Christopher Ray today and he was working with him and become a Premier member. He was teaching me where my money would make the most money for me. I don’t like banking on line in case someone steals or I lose my iPad. I prefer one one ones to do my banking. I have been with first tech for years and have only had one bad time when someone was using my debit card, without authorization, went to the Nimbus location and they resolved the situation immediately. Very helpful.

DO NOT BANK HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! Do not let the good reviews fool you. All is fine until it's not. Atrocious. Classic case of "you get what you pay for". There is not ONE person in the building with a finance degree and not ONE person with more than a couple of years of any experience in banking or finance. Run run run far from this bank. There are so many other better options out there. The Walmart of banking options...

I have been a member for over 35 years. Today, at the Nimbus office, I asked them to do a wire transfer. There were *2* customers in the branch and 4-5 employees that I could see. They had me wait for 15 minutes, then informed me that the manager said I would have to come back in 1.5 hours for an appointment, because they had other people with appointments coming in 15 minutes. They said it takes 30 minutes to do a wire transfer. I went home and did it on the computer in 10 minutes. Goodbye, First Tech, I'm done.
