I’ve always been extremely impressed by the way Fittleworth go about their work. Pleasant, polite and informed about the product and always prepared to go the extra yard for me when difficulties have arisen with my catheters. I would highly recommend them to any future customers.

I have had no problems with Fittleworth for the supply and delivery of my partner's stoma bag requirements and when we had to urgently increase the number supplied. the company was very quick to react and had increased supply to us within a few days after the prescription had gone through successfully. The re-order process has always been very easy once your email address is logged with them and all that is required is simply ticking a box, subject only to the GP agreeing the prescription and as far as that goes, we are lucky to have a GP Practice that has their own dedicated pharmacist and everything is therefore quick and smooth. That may not be so easy if the GP Practice is slow to react of course. The DPD courier is used to my apartment block and always manages to effect entry if we are not available but I can see that being a problem if the drivers change frequently. I don't know if Fittleworth have considered Royal Mail as an alternative but they have coded access to our building and I have seen them deliver on Sundays and late throughout the day. Otherwise I am perfectly happy with the service of this company for ( in our case ) what is an urgent and personal product.

I have a repeat prescription, so deliveries due every couple of months. In the past couple of years or so all I have to do is reorder via my GP's NHS website and Fittleworth deliver the goods within 10 days , thus a very reliable service overall.

I cannot praise the team at Fittleworth highly enough. Nothing is too much trouble and they have always helped me if I have had a query, which is rare, but they have always been friendly and quickly helped me with regards to equipment for my dad. I never feel worried if I've had to contact them as they go above and beyond to assist and sort. Your staff and service you give are a credit to you and make me having to deal

Excellent communications.
Always answer a call with politeness and kindness and it is special to be answered by a person rather than a 'bot'.
Staff are product knowledgeable and helpful with any questions.
Products which have had manufacturing defects have been replaced quickly and without any fuss.
Deliveries are usually swift and I have found DPD to be quite reliable.
In short I find that Fittleworth offer a most satisfactory service.

Excellent service once they have been chased for the prescription that the GP has sent them, seems the system needs to monitored better to find prescriptions coming in and to action them faster.
Otherwise cannot fault customer service and the delivery process they use.
