When Fittleworth are good they are…

When Fittleworth are good they are really good but when they're bad they usually sort it out without too much hassle. I've been with them for most of my seven years of having an Ileostomy and the majority of the time things run smoothly. However, I have a problem getting the correct amount of dry wipes each month. When I receive the incorrect amount of wipes, I am told that it is an automated service! They do send me the balance of the bags separately after I've pointed out the error but it seems a waste of money on extra delivery costs when they could have sent the correct amount with my order. They do the opposite with black bags. When I say I do not need any, they send me three or four packets! I have to order at least one packet to avoid receiving too many. When they are out of stock of a product it might be an idea to let the customer know instead of their stoma team.

Fittleworth excellent DPD variable…

Fittleworth as a company have been excellent. Text reminders re prescription etc. my issue is DPD which can be hit and miss . A service I have no problems with.

I have needed the services of the likes of Fittleworth for more than 30 yrs- and as far as I can remember it has always with this company. I send my standard monthly order online, who then contact my doctors surgery for conformation, receiving the 'goods' in a weeks time. Especially of late the delivery service has been excellent, delivered on time - but not always ringing my porch doorbell as aranged. Previously not all parcels arrived in a good state - therefore I'm assuming that service has been amended.

Great supplier ⭐️

Had Fittleworth as my supplier for the last couple of years. Not had any problems at all, in fact I get an email when I’ve ordered if the doctors haven’t sent the prescription. This enables me to call the drs surgery to give them a nudge. Prompt delivery what more can I say. 10/10 marks keep up the good work 👍

Really easy ordering

Much easier to order now that I've mastered the website (hub). Used to be a bit of a pain with the phone as it sometimes took ages to be picked up. Always had great service regarding delivery.
