Based on the price compared to the FitVII GT5 Pro Max's competitors, I find the watch met and / or exceeded my expectations. The watch appears to be working without any glitches or problems in the 2 w... See more

Brought the watch for my wife
Brought the watch for my wife.
The battery on the watch is go for 7days.
The blood pressure monitor is not accurate at all.
Do not buy this, no customer service and fraudulent claims.
I am so disappointed. My watch was ordered on the 20th November and eventually arrived on the 27th January. They had given me the wrong tracking number, and provided no help whatsoever with trying to trace the package.
The watch is great; but IT IS NOT WATERPROOF. Even though it says on the back of the watch "up to 50m" it is not waterproof. I emailed customer service just to check and they said yes, the manual says IP67 but it is actually IP68.
Literally 3 days after it's arrival my husband then wore it while swimming. Needless to say, it is now a piece of junk. No reviving it.
In an email sent to me they actually say "The IP68 waterproof function is exaggerated on the website and we cannot guarantee that it can be worn swimming". This was after emailing me saying that yes, it is IP68 and there shouldn't be any problems.
They offered me a replacement watch if I took my bad review down on Trustpilot, so I accepted. That was 8 days ago. I have heard no reply from them since.
I hate that I have wasted so much time on this. Their customer service is non existent. Days pass while waiting to receive a reply from them. I have now officially given up.
And my bad review here on Trustpilot has now been put back up.
Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. I bought a watch I didn't like, asked to exchange it, and they gladly just said they would send me a different one and I didn't even have to send back the old one. Thank you!
Great experience with this website and…
Great experience with this website and product. I accidentally ordered wrong product and Fitvii offered me an upgraded version with priority shipping. Great communication and worked with me with an ease. Product was excellent and exactly what was showed on the website.
Inaccurate blood pressure moniy
Bought for blood pressure monitor. 60 points of inaccurate. Very upset. Will file with consumer report with BBB.

the company is trying its best
Seeing the other bad reviews here, this is not true. I purchased a Fitvii smartwatch, but unfortunately it malfunctioned with the blood pressure readings. I contacted the seller and Fitvii kept their promise and sent me a new one for free. I like the watch very much. This is definitely a trustworthy company with customer service and generosity.
I ordered the GT5
I ordered the GT5 - I was interested in the Heart monitoring features.
The Blood Pressure is the same measurement whether this is worn or on my partner or even a chair leg!
As a smart watch it is very simple, basic and sluggish to use and similar to a £10 watch.
I contacted Fitvii who wanted to charge me to return the item as stated on their terms and conditions (not visible on their website).
Item was sent from China despite pretending to be a US website.
Stay Clear - (I purchased after reading many reviews which were clearly not very honest).
Do not repeat my mistake

Received the GT5 in the mail a few days…
Received the GT5 in the mail a few days ago and it is nonfunctional, noy even able to keep time. I contacted the company to return and exchange for a working model but this is what they offered.
Thank you very much for your contact. We apologize for not being able to reply in time due to busy business. Their response:
"In accordance with our website's refund policy, we are not responsible for return shipping costs for returned products. An additional 10% handling fee will be deducted, which is very uneconomical for you. Are you willing to upgrade to our latest product New Fitvii Powerful SmartWatch ECG Heart Rate Blood Pressure Monitoring + ECG + Blood Glucose + Stress Test? You only need to pay the price difference of $35 and there is no need to return the original product."
Absolute Junk, i recommend saving your money for a better and more responsible company. .
Bought the G5 watch for it's blood…
Bought the G5 watch for it's blood pressure function. Totally inaccurate. No response to multiple return requests to the company. NOT a company I'll ever deal with again - filed a dispute claim with the credit card company.
Update 8-12-2024...
Order number is 6343. Watch was returned to your CA address (12240 Eastend Ave, Chino CA 91710) in Dec, 2023 via USPS. Despite tracking showing you received the item, you claimed it was not received and have not issued a refund. I have over 30 emails to and from your company. It's clear to me you will do anything EXCEPT issue a refund.
Watch simply did NOT monitor blood pressure with any level of accuracy. (Even the Apple Watch does not try to do this - it apparently can't be done with current technology)

Inaccurate blood pressure and sketchy company refusing to accept returned item
The watch is inaccurate. Wouldn’t have been a problem if the seller wasn’t refusing to accept a return and provide a refund as their refund policy states. Had the watch for less than a week and they’re refusing to comply with their own return policy. Do not recommend.

Poor customer support
If you are confident with your purchase go for it, just don't expect any customer support. It has been 6 emails to support without any response, so if there is any problems with the watch, it is likely to be ignored. The only response I received was from their Amazon customer support which was to say they cannot help because they are in charge of Amazon purchases.

Beware of fake Sportswatches
Bought a couple of sportswatches recently after stupidly believing several convincing reviews online. The GT2 & GT5 models. Both arrived and looked the business until I tested the basic BP and step functions. Both watches were, to say the least, wholly inaccurate, the GT2 even counted steps whilst I was stationary. I decided to seek a refund and return both watches and sent several emails requesting details but no response. Used FB messenger but just got auto BOT responses...and there we have it.. two useless watches and £125 down the drain !! Avoid these watches they're fake !! Mind you I should've known that.. Bought a Garmin 245 for £189 and its absolutely amazing !! You live & learn ! 😁
