I have used Fitzdares for a couple of years and they are one of the best bookies in the UK in my opinion, very good with promotions and they reward loyalty to gamblers.

Great website layout, nice and fast and all you could want in a top bookie, withdrawals fast and never any problems.

Often reward you well if you use their casino , with a tailored and very fair approach compared to most others nowadays and they are very good at making sure you bet responsibly also and have one of the best approaches on this that I have seen out of all the bookies.

If your looking for an excellent bookie, with great offers and who reward loyalty this is definitely one of them, but be responsible and only bet what you can afford to loose as with any casino or bookie.

This is a bad bookie. They will ban you if you delay sending your verification documents only a little and if you ask any questions. I don't recommend them.

Fraud casino site with absolute ridiculous customer service. No regard for loyal high stake customers either. They deliberately delayed processing high value withdrawals, and when I tried to follow up, they closed my account rather than apologising for delays

What used to be a great site has seriously gone downhill. They no longer offer any kind of rewards or bonuses, withdrawals aren't always processed on time, and the platform is riddled with glitches. Bets are often rejected for no reason, and I'm frequently told to log back in.

Most concerningly, I placed a bet and won, but instead of being paid my winnings, my original wager was simply refunded. When I contacted customer support, I was told there was no record of the bet at all — not accepted or rejected. I can say with certainty the bet was accepted, and I wasn't paid out. They dismissed me almost immediately and made no attempt to rectify the situation or offer any kind of credit, which shows a complete lack of regard for regular customers.

It’s clear this company lacks the technical capability to reliably run an online casino platform.

Fitzdares is a legit bookermaker and casino, who have no dodgy practices. I have deposited and withdraw thousands without a issue. How ever recently they have undergone a online refurbishment, they used to have loads of bonuses and promotions (like 50 pound cash back per week for casino losses, 50 pound casino free play if you wager over 5000) free bets etc. they have literally removed all promotions for months and now the site has nothing. Maybe because they keep sponsoring random horse races they have gone broke. It's a shame because I used to be a fan, but will not be playing until something else changes.

Use to be a decent site now they must be skint as all wins are crap and ye lose ye money in seconds game constantly logs you of and they offer no promotions only sites that offer no promotions are the ones that are on verge of going out of bonus stay away put ye money on another site

App worked ok, once we’d logged in, a bit complicated getting our free bet offer, but, all good in the end, prompt pay out, and easy to access the horses, and odds.

Only sight that gives you good bonuses I have won every time. I have deleted all other sights and well only be using this one 👌. Highly recommended

Payouts are alright, but the site is atrocious. After every spin I would receive “technical error” and be logged out. On one of the spins I won £12, I was logged out, and when I logged back in the funds had not been credited to my account nor did the spin resume when I reopened the game. I checked my history and there was no record of the win. Pretty dodgy.
