I ordered some nails for my nail gun, showed as in stock online, phone after 3 days of hearing nothing only to find they were still waiting for stock so weren’t going to arrive in time, asked for a refund on the Wednesday still hadn’t been received a week later and had to chase, apparently had been ‘missed’ by their accounts and them eventually received my refund on the Friday the week after! Will not bother next time, better to pay more elsewhere and actually receive the nails

I ordered a pneumatic stapler and staples in a Monday. I was told it was in stock and I’d have it next day.It didn’t arrive. I was told on Tuesday that in fact it had to come from their warehouse and I’d have it on Wednesday. It didn’t arrive on Wednesday. It still wasn’t dispatched on Thursday. I cancelled the order and bought elsewhere as I’d already been delayed in my job. Not really sure what’s going on here, but it’s far from ideal.

I ordered the item we still haven't come is been almost 2 weeks and when I called them they don't have it in stock and it will be coming on 1 weeks time.

Opened an account and placed an order for staple gun and two sizes staples. Then ..... nothing ! No email to confirm order. When I logged in their web site showed I had no orders. After two phone calls and two weeks I now have staple gun and one size of staples. Web site still shows no orders. Very polite when I phone them but each time fail to deliver as promised.

I was looking for a staple gun and found this site, very easy to use!
