Purchased the silver plume feather ring with engraving. The service was really good and it arrived in just over a week. The ring is excellent quality, as is the engraving. Really lovely ring and the packaging just tops it off. Highly recommend this jewellery and company.

One ring has snapped in half .

The response to my problem was quick and positive. The representative was courteous and very helpful and certainly polite to say the least. I have ordered many items and was happy with every one of them. I also have given gifts to my sister and she expressed how she really cared for the rings.

My ring has been “lost” in the post and delivered to the wrong address even thought FedEx say it has been signed for by me when I haven’t received or signed for anything. I asked for a copy of the signature and a photo of delivery which they were unable to give! Unheard of with all other Couriers I have dealt with recently. For something worth £405 they should have posted it with more security.
Fiyah have washed their hands off me with a “sorry we can’t be off any help” even though they have £405 of my money.
The ring was supposed to be a present for my Mother as it is the anniversary of my Fathers death so I had to hurriedly buy her something else.
I have now had to reverse the payment with my Credit Card.
If this is not successful I will be using the Citizens Advice to get my money back.
I will not give up until I get my money back.
If FIYAH had used a decent Courier I would not be here now.
Truly awful experience in this day and age of Internet Shopping.

Ordered the feather ring over the telephone. The lady was incredibly helpful and it arrived within 48 Ring is beautiful and I would definitely use this company again.

The ordering processing was easy and the delivery was very quick (I did pay for next day)
I previously had another feather ring which was constantly going out of shape and in the end snapped in half. I deliberately picked this one as a replacement as it looked much thicker and stronger. On first inspection the ring looked sturdy and I was very pleased with it but after having it only a week I’ve already had to reshape the ring a few times. It easily covets caught on things and then bends out of shape - I thought it was heavy enough for this to not happen. Still good to wear as an occasional ring but because of the significance of it being a feather I wanted to wear it all the time and I don’t think it’s really up to that
