Exaggerated amount of advertisements and exploiting salaries
I understand that in order to make a profit, you must do more with less, but FK is exaggerated. The amount kilograms that you have to carry is sometimes incredible (150-250 kg) .
The way the salary is being calculated in an unfavorable way. It does not include the time that the deliverer needs in order to go back and forth to the deposit to reload his trailer. And sometimes you have to do that several times before you can finish your route.
Besides the above mentioned, they also expect personalized delivery in a lot of cases - for example : delivering at the doorstep or at a certain mailbox and not in the most accessible one. If you expect personalized service you should also offer personalized salary, calculated so that it actually reflects the REAL time needed to finish a route.

Bombarded with commercials
We have a sticker indicating that we do not want any commercials. Yet in the past 2 weeks we have received 3.2 KG of commercials! Not one, not two but each time a large bundle of commercials.
No support what so ever, instead we are asked to register on their website and select which commercials we want to receive (no way to select none).

This is a mistake! If you have the sticker on your mail box you should not receive any commercials. My apologies! If you would please tell us your adress by mailing us at kontakt@minetilbud.dk, we will have a look at what's going on.
And you of course do not have to register at our website if you do not wish to receive any commercials - this is an offer for those who wish to receive just a selected number of commercials.
