No custom service

No custom service. No one is anwering the emails I've sent. No information how to return the mail box I ordered.

The flex box is okay

The flex box is okay. Not great. Not terrible. Not my favorite streaming box. The downfall is you can’t add apps and that really sucks. The box has preloaded apps of Xfinity’s desires not the customers but let’s be honest - Comcast has never cared about their customers.

socks are fine, but 0 on customer service

socks are fine, but customer service is horrible. They said shipped with a tracking number in 4 days, but then it took almost two weeks for the socks to actually be delivered to the post office, and that was only after PayPal contacted them for me.

Communication is key!

Returning customer since their Mailboxes are very good. But this company has a lot to learn on communication and customer service.
First order I never received a proof of buy (invoice/receipt)
Numerous e-mails asking for it, in the end they just stopped answering.
Everyone deserves a second chance, and I really like the mailbox so when we built a new house I tried flexbox again. This time with delay on delay on the delivery time for our mailbox. First delay was communicated but when the adviced new delivery time was a week over due I had to ask myself to get informed of added delay. My last e-mail with question of any offered compensation left, again, unanswered.
Communication is key for customer service!
Second chance did not make me change my impression, sadly.

If you want their mailbox I would suggest buying from a reseller, hopefully they put in the effort to provide service for their client.

I am waiting now since two months on my…

I am waiting now since two months on my delivery after i ordered online (and the product supposed to be on stock).
Various delivery times announced by the costumer services have not been fullfilled.
It´s a shame;.(

Let´s hope that I can get at least my money back...

We are truly sorry about the situation that has occured. But the problem is now solved and we are starting the deliveries of the new model again later this week.
