Flexjobs offers a trial subscription BUT…
Flexjobs offers a trial subscription (like most online subscription services do) - but unfortunately when you start getting billed monthly they conveniently dont notify you with a billing statement or invoice - nothing. No emails, no texts. So you just continue to get silently billed unless you catch it on your financial institution statements (bank, credit card, etc). I finally found this 6 months later. Unfortunately way too late - and of course Flexjobs was unwilling to refund any of it either. Sneaky billing tactics! Be aware!
Update 04/23/2026:
When I originally cancelled (after seeing my bank statement) since I was 1 day past renewal FlexJobs was only willing to refund me 1/2 of that months subscription charge. In response to this review they have decided to refund me the other half for that month where I cancelled after 1 day. Still no refund for any of the other 6 months I was signed up. Their reply makes it seem like they did a huge favor but it was only $11. Users beware of FlexJobs!
