Flexjobs overpromises and underdelivers. Search filters and job posts, over the course of 7 years, delivered only one or two legitimate opportunities.

Agent seemed to really care, listened carefully, was very knowledgeable and made things right.

It seems that most of the jobs listed on their site are legitimate, but I did have difficulty actually applying for some of the jobs.

Hundreds of various options and detail oriented.

I started looking for jobs two years ago and paid for the subscription here and not only did I not get any relevant job listing options, but any that I tried to apply to were fruitless. Most of the listings were easily duplicated on linkedin.
I tried to cancel after a year, and continued to receive notifications that "there was no longer an account attached to my email" and I couldn't log into an account either, so to my knowledge I had properly canceled....repeatedly.
TWO years of charges later and failed attempts at repeated cancelations, I finally tracked down the phone number to call and sort it out. They said there was a "typo" in my email that prevented me from canceling the account but didn't cause any issues whatsoever in their ability to pull money out of my account.
And when they finally admitted to the situation, they offered me a whopping $10 refund. I requested 12 months of refund, and they said they'd "get back to me" on whether it was approved or not. It was never approved, and I've been on the customer service merry-go-round ever since because it looks like they use a third party customer service provider of heavily accented (but kind) people who have no ability to escalate anything in any capacity, so you're stuck dealing with the gate keeper on repeat.
So they've taken hundreds of dollars out of my account without my consent, and most dictionaries would represent that as theft. I wish I could say they'll rectify the situation, but I have yet to meet someone who can. The injustice is infuriating, and I'm left with leaving a poor review that will neither help nor really impact the situation in any helpful way.

Paying for a subscription to access job listings was disappointing. Many of the postings appeared outdated or were not removed after being filled, and I rarely received responses despite applying to multiple roles. In contrast, I had far better results using LinkedIn; connecting with recruiters directly and engaging with companies that aligned with my experience led to more meaningful opportunities.

I liked that they send emails for available jobs

They charged me more than they claimed and the whole program was useless.
Since they flagged this review when it was true (without allowing me time to even look at their reply) I downgraded this from two stars to one.

Your representative listened well to my concerns and needs. And he convinced me to continue my subscription. Something I was not going to do out of financial necessity. Your customer service is very straight forward and helpful. Thank you.
