This company is sleazy as hell
This company is sleazy as hell! Stay away! They apparently buy Google search placement when you search for a specific airline (Lufthansa in my case), and they make the airline link the obvious one, even though it takes you to their site which again uses HEAVY airline branding to fool the purchaser. I made the mistake of completing the purchase and then realized when their 'seat' pricing was outrageously high! I immediately cancelled my reservation but they still charged a $45 'handling fee'!! Sleazy outfit all around

Don't trust on this company
I will never use Flight Network's service again; they are a terrible service provider. My ticket was cancelled by the airline on 21 April 2026, yet even after 2 month has passed, I haven't received my refund. Customer service offers nothing but empty assurances, I made a huge mistake by trusting Flight Network and booking my ticket through them.

I didn't think the process was very useful and I was surprised that I couldn't select and pay for a seat during the booking process.
Easy to book
Confirmation not immediate
I booked a flight & was told it would take up to 3 days to receive a confirmation from the airline. This leaves me in a state of limbo with respect to travel planning.
Additional Baggage
I booked a flight through Flight Network and also paid for checked baggage during the booking process. After the booking was completed, I was informed that the baggage reservation could not be processed and that I would have to arrange it myself directly with the airline.
Although I received a refund for the baggage fee, I now have to pay almost twice as much to add the baggage directly with the airline. This is very disappointing, as I expected the service I paid for to be properly arranged.
Customers should be aware that additional services purchased during booking may not always be successfully processed, which can result in unexpected extra costs.

Refused Full Refund After Carrier Cancelled Flight
Booked a Bergen–Helsinki (via Riga) flight on airBaltic through FlightNetwork. airBaltic cancelled the flight and FlightNetwork's only offer was a "full refund," which I accepted. I only received a refund for the airfare and was refused a refund for the checked baggage fee and card fees, citing their own terms and conditions on non-refundable baggage fees. That doesn't hold up under EU Regulation 261/2004 as passengers are entitled to the full cost of the ticket, including ancillary costs when the airline cancels the flight (noting this is a service that literally cannot be provided on a flight that no longer exists). Multiple phone calls got me a vague promise they'd "submit for the rest," with no written confirmation and no follow-through. I opened a bank chargeback for the outstanding amount which FlightNetwork disputed, and my bank reviewed their response and disagreeing. It's now sitting in a second round of dispute nearly a month later with still no refund received. Avoid booking through this agency if you want a straightforward refund process when things go wrong.

Warning- Do Not Deal with this Organization at all !
I will not have any dealings with this organization again.
They operate out of call centers in S.E. Asia & sub-continent -language problems ,slow to react to request and put on hold a lot !
Firstly I changed my flights because of connecting transport unavailable -$162.00 Fee.
Secondly I decided to cancel my interstate booking 3 months out altogether-they then informed me that I wouldn't be eligible for any refund-total cost of $785.00 !

Worst Travel Booking company ever.
People Stay away from booking with these people the lie about your flight details and have very poor customer service. I have one of there agents promising me changes on a flight I booked and never followed thru with it, I keep asking and all they want me to do now is pay more for something I was promised in the purchase. there agents are very poor trained and only no how to say no or we have to charge you more money. They are a scam and the worst company I have ever Booked thru. one last thing the agent that made all the promises screwed with the wrong Person because when I return to states this company has a nasty Law suit coming as I got him recored on messages that he provided with promises and complete BS. retired FLEO. I will go after complete refund.

They will gladly take your money but may fail to provide the service you paid for. If you contact customer support, don't expect help—they are extremely rude, dismissive, and unwilling to take responsibility.
Before the Iran–Israel conflict escalated, we purchased round-trip tickets: an outbound flight to Tehran and a return flight from Tbilisi to Munich. The outbound flight was cancelled by the airline due to the war.
When we booked our tickets, we also paid extra for a cancellation/refund option. Despite this, the company refused to honor the service we had purchased and did not refund our money. Instead of assisting us, their customer support treated us in a rude, arrogant, and unprofessional manner.
Save yourself the frustration and don't waste your money. I strongly recommend avoiding this company.
I contacted the company regarding my reservation, but unfortunately both the responsible staff member treated me very rudely and unprofessionally.
