Fast, reliable service. Can not fault it.

A really great experience from start to finish, it was so nice to have a one to one appointment so you have time to discuss your needs & options while the retailer adds their experience and thoughts on the purchase , I wanted to get something sentimental so it was to get an idea on other opinions on what would work or might not.

The only issue is all of their products are that desirable it makes it hard to go there and not start changing your mind.

Really really amazing products made to such a high standard

From start to finish the flinn and steel team are excellent. I bought my wedding band in the appointment in early 2023. Unfortunately I lost my ring after taking it off in work, however, I wouldn’t have replaced it with anything but flinn and steel. With my second purchase, again the team were brilliant and couldn’t be more helpful. This time round I even got my band engraved and it’s just exceptional, the quality of the ring, engraving and fit couldn’t be better. Customer service is top tier and I would 100% recommend to anyone.

The ring looked exactly as I had hoped and it was delivered quickly with no hassle.

Absolutely use Flinn & Steel if you want some lovely jewellery. I’ve never really worn jewellery but bought a tungsten wedding band from them a few years ago and not only is it incredibly nice, but the customer service and the free ring sizer I was sent in the post just made choosing and buying my ring such an easy and nice experience. I could have spent thousands on a wedding ring as many do, but I wouldn’t love it as much as my tungsten ring, especially with the engraving inside

Invited us for a "design" meeting to try on a variety of rings for our wedding (Both myself and my partner attended) - Service was excellent and friendly. Husband was over the moon with his new wedding ring.

We wanted matching rings for our "steel" wedding anniversary and Flinn & Steel's Steel rings promised to fit our need. Being able make a consultation appointment on line was easy. We visited them on a Friday being met by the wonderful Peter who showed us their designs and we ordered identical designs with our fingerprints and internal engraving. By Sunday we finalised the fingerprints and the following Friday we had our rings. The highly professional and friendly staff answered all our questions making the whole experience fun and relaxing.
We highly recommend Flinn & Steel.

Been looking at the hammered effect Tantalum ring for a while, not as a wedding band but just as something a bit special and different. Decided to take the plunge and order one in 6mm width. Ring sizer arrived within a couple of days and once I'd chosen the correct fit, my ring arrived within a week which was quicker than I was expecting. It's great and I love the satin grey finish which has a slight blue/purple hue in certain light.... It's just a bit different from the norm which is why I was drawn to the Tantalum.
First rate service and communication too. I would definitely recommend Flinn and Steel

Tried a few different rings from different companies, most of them too loose or tight, not true to size. Highly recommend this one. Perfect fit.
