Not satisfied, I ordered flowers from their website, what arrived is different from what I ordered. Trying to contact customer service but no one is answering. Paid almost 200usd for this bad service. Writing this so othes will not repeat my mistake. Thank you.

Even though I ordered "all white"…
Even though I ordered "all white" flowers, the arrangement received for Easter had a few red flowers, but it was full, fresh and beautiful.
I've sent half a dozen bouquets to Thessaloniki and my recipients are always impressed by how lovely the bouquets are.

20 years of great service
I have been using the service for over 2 decades now! As an expat it has been vital in ensuring that I do not miss special occasions for the special people in my life, no matter where in the world they or I am. arrangement, very luxurious with flowers. What was delivered to the recipient was a skinny plant with one or two branches and one measly flower. I was horrified when she sent me a picture of it, which in no way resembled what I had ordered from you. This is the second time this has happened.

Had a strange experience- with a missed delivery of flowers. This was explained fully. Flowers delivered to Crimea via UK the day after. It’s always an uncomfortable experience when you pay for something online to a new company and your goods are being delivered to another country. Highly recommended
