My experience with Flora2000 is excellent. I had made an order from Croatia, for the funeral in Greece. They were most helpful and kind, the flowers were delivered on time and I had been informed about the delivery. Later on, I had asked them to change the invoice and address it to the Company's name and they sent it to me within 5 min. I would recommend their service to anyone.

These people are so insensitive. They keep sending email reminders about my mother's birthday even though she has been dead years now. I keep telling them that she is dead but they continue to harass me every year on her birthday and at Christmas time. Please just stop!

Ordered „next day delivery“flowers for my daughter‘s birthday. She did not get them.

I had to send flowers for funeral overseas and it was critical the delivery to happen on time. There was almost no time, but Flora2000 did it. I highly recommend Flora2000 for all occasions. They provide outstanding customer service, follow up with emails on every step of the delivery and I greatly appreciate their business.

I ordered a bouquet for my girlfriend during a work trip these guys are based in India , contacted them no reply, called them no reply apparently "Richard" is a made up name

I was very happy and grateful for the way Flora2000 helped us track my order and to make sure that it arrived to it’s destination. In spite of the delay which was due to the National Day celebration in Sweden, Flora2000 made sure to find out the initial cause of the delay and then have the flowers sent to the recipient. Thank you. I highly recommend using this company.

I ordered a funeral wreath to be delivered May 19th to Horsham.Victoria Australia. The cost was £101. My card was declined, so I used a different card. However the cost increased to £124. Why?. I still don't know whether the flowers were delivered. I have sent two emails to Richard, both have been ignored. One, I need to know that the wreath was delivered on time. Two, if it has, I need a refund for your overcharge of £23, or s total refund if the flowers were not delivered. Your customer service I'm rating as zero. Once you have my money, you close all doors. I am a pensioner, and this wreath cost me more than s weeks pension. Answers please. Sue Wilbraham

To improve customer service. I recommend that the quicker you get back to client the more people will feel they are important to you. Eg i was not informed that my delivery was delivered till 6 hours latter. So 6 hours latter i told my recipient where it was. As they do not enter through that way.
Less computer generated responses and more real people retime response's will go alone way>

I am in England, wanting to send flowers to a friend in California, USA. I found Flora2000 by chance and ordered an arrangement to include a glass vase, as my friend has had major surgery and I wanted something that is already arranged.
The flowers were not available on the requested delivery day, but Flora2000 kept me well informed by email, and then delivered the next day. The flower arrangement is beautiful, exactly what was wanted and needed. Thank you

I live in Australia and I recently sent a bunch of roses to my daughter who lives in Puerto Escondido, Mexico ( a very looong way away) via Flora2000. The beautiful bouquet arrived on time, looking stunning and my daughter was thrilled to bits! The flowers they delivered is definitely not the flowers I ordered from you, you send my wife some cheap looking flowers, I can’t believe I paid £47 for some flowers and you send some cheap looking flowers with a teddy bear
If I wanted a teddy I would of choose a teddy bear with my order but I wanted chocolates and I chose this one
I ordered the mixed collection bouquet of pink gerberra daisies, roses, carnations and chrysanthemums, with complimentary box of chocolates

You sent me some cheap local flowers such as daisies and sun flowers not very happy with your service and would definitely not use your service ever again
