Scam, no customer service, false contact details

Scam. Order still not delivered 4 days after promised delivery date and nobody to get in contact with. The email doesn't work (failed to deliver my email), tracking code doesn't work, website contact details lead to a dentist. Fake! scammers, I'm afraid.

Pure disappointment

. I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a missing order for Valentine's Day flowers that I placed on November 5th. Despite the advertised "on-time delivery" promise on the website, the flowers still have not arrived, and I am extremely sad that they have not been delivered

I contacted Flora Niche,
To order flowers for my granddaughters Birthday, The marshmallow assortment and vase also a box of chocolates
Arrived within 3 hours of ordering
My granddaughter sent a photo saying she loved them.
The colour etc was exactly like the picture .
I have bought flowers for my families in S A for many years, and never had any problems,
I am rather surprised at some of the comments!!! I must be very lucky to receive excellent service and prompt replies to any message sent to them!
Plus they do have a contact number web page and email address.
Or is it the Western Cape have far better florists they deal with?
Once again thank you Flora Niche and florist in the Western Cape.

Worst service ever

What a crap service. Do not use them.
Completely lost my money.
Bouquet arrived 2 days later. This is embarrassing considering was for a birthday. I Tried to email them and the 'help' contact mail doesn't even exist, pathetic. Never again

I was deceived the second time by you. I cannot belive that you are still în the business. It is of course, becase the clients cannot give you a public feedback on your website. Last year I considered it was just a mistake, given the fact that it was not the first time I ordered from you. Now I undersood that the first time it was an exception when my mother received a nice and fresh bouquet of flowers. Last year and this year it was a scam. The bouquet and the flowers were nothing like the picture presented. Freesias and carnations are not the same thing, you know!?

I had a disappointing experience with Florachic. Despite my expectations, the company failed to fulfill my order correctly. What compounded the issue was the lack of customer support. I attempted to reach out for assistance, but my efforts to communicate with someone were unsuccessful. It was frustrating to be charged without receiving the expected service and support. Based on my experience, I would advise potential customers to consider other, more professional companies. A business, especially one in the service sector, should prioritize customer satisfaction and support. Unfortunately, Florachic did not meet these standards in my case.

This was the worst flowers experience.
I ordered my flowers on Monday to be delivered on Wednesday for my girlfriend’s birthday and they never arrived and they are not answering my messages.

I wouldn't even give a one star! Ordered flowers for my wife's birthday, chose the date to be delivered never arrived still waiting!
Don't order from this website, they don't have a customer service phone number that you can call or a live chat and thier customer query form is sxxx!
Atrocious customer service!
Flowers arrived a day late.
The bunch of flowers I ordered were totally different. I could have bought a better bunch from Marks and Spencers!
The whole experience has left me very unhappy as my wife always gets a bunch of flowers on her birthday and to arrive a day late and also the wrong bunch to arrive, I want a refund and you can arrange for a courier to take your flowers back as we don't want them! Can you get in touch as you said you would but you didn't!

Horrible

Horrible. Do not order from them. Flowers were 3 days late and you can’t cancel because they have no customer support on the weekends. They only tell you that their terms of service says that it will be delivered when and IF a driver is available. So good luck getting those flowers in on time.

FloraChic - The quality of the product was not what I was expecting!
I paid for "Wild and Free" flowers and a vase.
And received 20% of the flowers and a broken vase.
