Unprofessional

Bought flowers and I add on a mini peluche which it wasn't even delivered, after many attempts to call and email they bother to reply saying is out of they zone and they can't do anything about it. Awful as the whole set was for my mum birthday.

Same story - no flower delivered on-time

Same story. Flowers to be delivered on August 14 at a wedding location never made it. Flowers delivered on August 16 with a real hardship to get the customer service. Still not reimbursed!!! DON'T ORDER FLOWERS THROUGH THEM. Loss of money but plenty of frustration and disappointment. A shame!

Outrageous - don't waste your money

This is was by far the worst experience and 'service' ever provided to me.
I ordered flowers to be delivered on a Monday as a birthday present. The flowers never made it to the destination but the recipient kept receiving missed phone calls from the driver sorting the day with no voice mail ever left.
On Monday night, I contacted customer support and demanded a refund for failure to provide the service I paid for. I was told that 20% would be refunded into my account and the delivery would occur on the Tuesday.
Came Tuesday and the exact same story happened... I emailed customer service AGAIN, demanding a refund AGAIN...
I was this time completely ignored and the flowers got delivered on the Wednesday in the poorest possible state...

Terrible experience and a total deception

Terrible experience and a total deception. I should have read the reviews before ordering.
On friday i got the confirmation that the flowers would be deliverd on saturday before 15:00. On saturday morning i saw that the flowers where sent off for delivery. But delivery took place the monday after weekend. The quality is just poor. Didn't look fresh at all.

delivered 3 days after the scheduled date

Really poor customer service and delivered on the wrong day. I contacted customer service and they did not get back until 3 days pass the scheduled delivery day, to only tell me the order was on its way. Would totally not recommend if you care about your birthday presents being worth their money

Do not use this company

Do not use this company! I wish I’d looked at the reviews before ordering from them 😞
I ordered a large bouquet of flowers to be delivered to my grandparents house to put flowers on my fathers grave on his birthday (they live over 500 miles away) the flowers were not delivered and I was charged £34.95. I complained via email and flowers were delivered to the address 3 days later, they weren’t the flowers I ordered and they also looked like cheap supermarket bought flowers which were very wilted. I emailed again requesting a refund with photos of what I received but all I’ve had is an email saying they are going to find out what happened at the florist...nearly a month on, no refund and no reply!

SCAM company - No commitment to any delivery time.

I ordered flowers to my girlfriends birthday. They got delayed to after her birthday.

Response by company is that she will be happy anyway and that I get a 20% discount for a future order. They claim that even that you book a certain date on their weppage they only compensate if they fail to deliver the flowers within 5 days. In other words DO NOT USE this company if you want the flowers to arrive a certain day.

WOW, I am amazed this company is still in business. I purchased some flowers for yesterday and the flowers were already wilting....today are dead!

Very poor experience so far

Very poor experience so far. Ordered flowers on 2nd Feb for delivery on 13th Feb - not arrived yet. Tried to send an email to florachic but link keeps failing. Surprise ruined and now having to try to get a refund somehow. Unbelievably no contact number on their site - should have read reviews before hand. First and definitely last time I will look at this site.

Scam, totally joke! Even ruining the surprise

This is a completely joke. I paid for Valentine's flowers and I wanted them to be delivered the following day as agreed. They said they tried to deliver it and my girlfriend was at home all day waiting. Do not buy from this place, you pay and you feel really bad later when they ruin the surprise. The delivery company sent a message to my girlfriend saying flowers delivery failure when it was a surprise whe she did not know anything!!!!

I ordered a plant to be delivered in Milan it should have arrived yesterday and it has still not arrived. It will die for sure. It is impossible to contact the company to talk about the issue. I wish I had read the negative reviews before placing an order!

Scam

Scam , Scam took me for over $700 and sent absolute junk that you wouldn’t even give to charity.
Tried to return it costing $60 and they put on the parcel RTS .The junk came back to me .
Told me they didn’t receive the parcel, the Australian tracking said different.
They have no integrity at all .
Shop Australian,I have learnt my lesson.
