So ive had problem after problem with this company... I got one sent to me a couple months ago the size isnt true to size im a c 38 and the bra was more like a A 38 so I contacted company they were very nice and sent another one free of costs a month later but, when it was to be delivered on the day it was out for delivery usps leaves me a message informing me that I wouldnt be getting the package cause it had a counterfeit postage and to contact said business...well I did just that they said they would never use counterfeit postage and that it must of been a mistake...pretty much saying "usps must be lying" luckily they were nice enough to send me another one and this one came 3 times faster then the previous I did receive it mind u I had to order a triple d (f) to be able to get the "right" size i was so excited to finally get it i tried it on immediately...... and ..the shape was aweful 😖 it flattened the sides of my boobs and pushed the middle together giving a very cone shape appearance and it just didn't feel right .. sad to say im super disappointed ive been waiting months for this bra just to be disappointed 😞 the price was steep and I just dont know how to go about this now cause I almost guarantee they wont give a refund.... and I left 5 star rating for customer service cause they were so "nice" I wish I hadn't done that...

Ordered a bra, turns out the size was off by alot. Tried to return and was told even though it was their sizing issue I couldnt return it. Super disappointed. Fit awful.

It took so long they wouldnt take a return they do it on purpose so your still charged 38.00$ pluse they tried to scame me for over 100.00$ s stay away they are fake as hell not worth lossing money on. The bra is poor quality and made me look worse instead of good or better. They are full of shady shit.

Ill admit things were a little difficult at first, and i wasnt happy about being auto subscribed to their vip subscription but i emailed them straight away to cancel and they happily did, also they do massivley undersize their bras, i ordered my regular size and and was ridiculously undersized but their customer service was extemely helpful, asked for measurements to find the correct and sent the new size out without asking for a return or any money, recieved new size which fit nice looks pretty and its suprisingly comfy and gives great push up. The process as simple as i wish, but i cant thank the customer service enough and love the bras, thankyou xx

Customer service was very helpful. My order didn't fit so they shipped me a replacement. It was an easy process.

I had issues actually getting the bra to arrive. Kelly worked diligently to resolve the issue and I did get my bra eventually. Great customer service!

I previously wrote a review about this company. They spammed my email with the exact same offer as the phone conversation. I do not recommend this company at all. I have had to block them.

Placed an order in December. There was a delay in shipping, but it made it eventually. Not impressed with the product, but I ordered it. Then, discover that they somehow signed me up for some "VIP Membership" during the purchase and have been billing me $36 every month for NOTHING. This is so wrong. Don't do business with this company.

Made a purchase one time, then find out they are taking some kind of subscription monthly, for nothing. I'm not receiving anything from them. When I try to call the phone number of "Nymbus" that is taking the money, the call fails, when I try to call Floralsecrets, I'm told no one is available.

Great communication, Fast resolution, will definitely be using again .

This was such a positive, sincerely pleasurable experience. I was taken care of completely from start to finish. I ordered the wrong size and after asking about returning it, Claire asked a couple questions and immediately replaced it. Great experience and I would highly recommend everyone to but from them. The most comfortable bra I've ever had.

Had an issue with the additional product, It was resolved quickly. New size was sent. What a beautiful Bra! Recommend to anyone and everyone!

I had a top-tier experience with Floral Secrets. When my Comfort Rose Bra was delivered it was too small, and as much as I loved it, and thought it was absolutely beautiful. It didn’t fit. I asked the company if I could do a return, and they simply said don’t worry about that. Let us send you a new bra, and it’s on the way now. I’ve never had such a smooth and easy experience with a customer service representative before, and I never had a company so willing to make it right when something that I ordered didn't fit for me. I’m so pleased with this company. They’ve gained a customer for life. I will buy all of my bras from Floral Secrets from this point forward… thank you so much for this company and the great product that you make. Oh and the quality of the bra is amazing, soft, beautiful fabrics, gorgeous front closure, very blingy & feminine… pretty & made me feel beautiful and sexy.

I ordered a bra for my wife’s birthday and used the bra size on one of her bras, when it arrived it was much too small. I contacted customer service and was answered by a lovely lady Sadie Fisher who could not do enough to correct my mistake. She told me to keep the original bra and give it to someone and then went above and beyond, getting me to measure my wife’s under bust measurements and selecting the correct size bra to suit her. I would recommend Floral secrets to anyone that wishes to purchase these items, as they take great pride in giving great service and go out of their way to ensure the customer is happy.

This past March, I ordered what I thought would be a fantastic bra through Floral Secrets. Firstly, the bra came in the wrong size; way too small. Secondly, at the start of April, I noticed a charge hit my bank from Nymbus LLC. Apparently this is the parent company for many different companies that sell specialized beauty supplies. The charge was for $34.71 (USD), and it was for "VIP Customer Benefits" as stated by PayPal. I never signed up for this service. In fact, while checking out for the one bra I did purchase, I unchecked this box BECAUSE I didn't want VIP service. They charged me anyway. When I disputed it with PayPal, they denied a refund because they said the company informed me within the timeframe that I would be getting this service. I never received notice of this. In fact, the only thing I ever received from them was an order confirmation showing only the bra, the way too small bra (about a month later), and about a dozen emails from them asking me to buy more and two asking me to sign up for the VIP.

The first bra I ordered didnt fit properly so I reached out and the lady helping me was so unbelievably kind and helped so much they even sent me a new one with a bigger cup size. Even the shipping of the first bra was so quick!
I will definitely recommend this company to everyone! :)

THIS IS A SCAM - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered 2 bras from here. When I went to pay, I got an alert from my bank saying possible fraud. In my stupidity, I said it wasn't, as I was purchasing some bras. Next thing, 3 more payments were taken out of my account, totalling over £150.... I have since received emails saying that they have sent out my order, plus 3 different emails saying that they have sent out 6 different bras (not my size!) and also a VIP expedited delivery. if I do get them they will be of no use to me at all. Stay away and don't buy, I hope you see this before you are tempted.

I bought 5 bras costing over $100 and all 5 supposed to be 34E, as soon as I saw them I knew they'd be too small...I tried them but wouldn't even meet...I measured them they were 24 inches not 34 inches and the cups were at least 3 inches too small... And there was also loose threads that attached to other places about 3 inches not something you'd want to see on the outside of a bra.
I'll probably not see my money back.
I definitely would recommend avoiding at all costs.

Update: on the 14th they offered that I keep the bras and accept 30% refund! They haven't been in touch since.

Customer service was fantastic!!! I had a problem with my order regarding sizing. They made it right and got the correct size shipped out ASAP. They were always very nice and respectful and continued to follow-up with me until my product had arrived. More companies need to learn from them!!!
