EXCELLENT Customer Service!

Customer service was fantastic!!! I had a problem with my order regarding sizing. They made it right and got the correct size shipped out ASAP. They were always very nice and respectful and continued to follow-up with me until my product had arrived. More companies need to learn from them!!!

I can’t say enough about Floral Secrets. From start to finish, their team was incredibly patient, kind, and understanding. They go the extra mile to make sure you're satisified.

Dana is the customer service person I had an what a delight. Dana made sure that I was satisfied every step of the way, Dana remedied a mistake that was made on my behalf but then when I miscalculated my size making sure that I was sent the correct size. Friendly and professional. I would use this company again just because I know they are there to help, not just for the bottom line. The situation lasted about a month and a half so the fact that she took the time to check up on me and make sure I was still happy, is something you don't come across anymore these days.

These bras are amazing, and great for women with fibromyalgia, and so is customer support

I bought my bra and I ordered one that was to small. I contacted costumer service for a replacement and they responded so promptly it was within a couple of hours that I got I response. They told me exactly how to measure so that I could get the right size. When they got my measurements they discovered they didn't have my size, but they did have the size down if I wanted to try. I tried the size down and I'm so glad I did!

It fits amazing, the underband is so nice and comfortable, I barely have a pink mark from the it after wearing it all it day, compared to any other bra I ever wore. The shoulder starts fell so soft all day with no red marks and never have to readjust them. The cups are even nice and soft and keep your breasts in place with very little to no adjustment throughout the day.

This bra is the best bra I have ever bought I didn't think it was possible to have a bra so comfortable and costumer support that is so quick, polite, and helpful. From the the time I received my first bra to right sized bra, it only took them 2 1/2 weeks. I already have 2 more orders in.

I have Lupus, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Fibromyalgia, and many other things that make wearing bras extremely painful. But they have nailed it and made the perfect bra that doesn't hurt after just a half hour, it feels so good to wear a bra all day again. I feel like a woman again, and I can't thank them enough for it.

Please don't hesitate their bras are amazing and well worth it.

SCAM

SCAM! I ordered and received 2 bras (which did not fit and were poor quality). I just looked at my account and noticed that for 3 months I've been being charged for the full amount for some VIP benefit- I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR THAT. I am currently trying to work with Paypal to get this resolved, but I have not heard anything back from Floral secrets after notifiying them that I never signed up for some monthly fee (which I have not received anything for). AVOID!!!

AWFUL product, AWFUL customer service, AWFUL experinece

AWFUL. I ordered a set of 3 bras to try and was then charged full price for 3 more that I had not intentionally ordered. I tried to cancel as soon as I was aware and they said not possible.
I tried to return all bras as sizing is WAY OFF.
They provided an address to which I sent the package with a tracking number. They claimed it was delivered to a different address from the address on the package and because I didn't have a photo of the label, they denied any refund. This company is SHADY AND AWFUL to deal with. I would recommend that everyone steer clear.

After carefully reviewing your case, we can confirm that while a return shipment was sent, it was unfortunately delivered to a different address and was not received by our warehouse. Because the items did not arrive at our facility, we’re unable to process a standard refund based on our return policy.

That said, we did make an exception by offering a 50% refund even without receiving the returned items, in an effort to help resolve the situation. We understand this may not have met your expectations, and we sincerely regret the disappointment caused.

Floral Secrets Front Fastening Bras

I ordered two of their bras in my usual size of 36 D but when I went to put on found them too small&wouldn't meet to fasten front clasp by almost 2 inches.I emailed Tiffany who was the Customer Care Representative.She replied within a few days apologising for this problem.
She said it would be too much of a hassle&expensive sending them back so suggested I pass onto someone they might fit or even try selling.I also had to send in my under bust measurement so she could suggest which size to send as a free replacement(38 C).I finally took delivery last Thursday&when tried on after adjusting the shoulder straps fit really comfortably
She has been really kind&helpful during this whole episode.I would recommend this company as their garments are really pretty but order size larger than what normally wear.

I highly recommend to get your bras from this company!!! They are comfortable, and beautiful!!! I made a mistake, on my size, and they sent me a new one, and no charge... Also the customer service experience was excellent!!! So sweet, and kind!!! I highly recommend!!!

When I received my bra it was 8 sizes…

When I received my bra it was 8 sizes to small and when I asked for a refund they wanted me to keep it at 1st they offered 30% off to keep it, NO, then 50% off to keep it......NO it wouldn't even cover my nipple. And then I thought I had the subscription situation handled in January but I guess not because they took money out of my account this month again and I'm still waiting on part of that money to come back to me I would not trust these people for nothing. I have worn a 38 double d almost all my adult would I ordered a 38 double d from then and I couldn't even get it on so I told him they're sizing was wrong then they wanted me to measure myself I don't need to measure myself I know what size I am these people are relentless and this is not a fake review this is real

Great customer service

Great customer service. I didn’t receive my parcel, some confusion with the post office. They followed up to see if I received my parcel, when they found out I didn’t get it, they promptly sent me a replacement pkg. to which I was very grateful. They were very professional and courteous. I would recommend them!

Yeah no

Yeah no. this website is a huge scam. I bought one bra, ONE. I paid the 20 dollars for it and then immediately was charged for 108 dollars. thankfully I didn't have the money in my account so it didnt go through. I was charged 108 on 2 separate occasions. only days apart. then I finally looked at the reviews, ACTUAL reviews, and found out it was a scam! I did however receive a bra from floral secrets today (2 weeks later than I was supposed to) and it was too small. like 5 sizes too small. dont order from this place.

5 weeks to receive the items

5 weeks to receive the items. I ordered two 36C bras. They are NOT 36C, more like 34Bs. So I looked up the return policy. You can only return them if it's been with in 30 days of ORDERING.....even though it took them 5 weeks to get it to me. So this is $40 wasted. Also, one of the straps is broken. They use adhesive to bind them and it came loose.....they don't even stitch the straps!!! Absolute waste.

Ordered a bra over a month ago and…

Ordered a bra over a month ago and still haven’t received it, and I was just recently charged some $34 from this company. Now that I am seeing the reviews that it’s for some VIP fee that I did not sign up for. Very scammy! I have reported it to PayPal as well.

This is a Scam Subscription service

This is a Scam Subscription service, after you buy from them they will take a monthly subscription fee for a VIP Benefits account they set up on your behalf during the checkout process. Then they will argue tooth and nail that you Opted In via the first purchase and refuse to refund the fees ( or many months fees you do not notice the payments being taken ). AVOID .

Absolute trash. Awful experience. Save yourselves

One of the worst experiences I've had. The bras are trash- fabric is rough and uncomfortable, edges are sharp and cut worse than wires. I tried 4 different bra types and 2 different sizes from them. The sizing is wildly unpredictable, and had no conformity. I had to fight the company for over a year to get my order, just to be sent the wrong sizes. I ordered sizes 38 G and 38 H, they sent me 32 B. I fought with them for another 3 months. They eventually replaced the order because it was escalating to lawyer involvement. Don't buy a bra from them. They're over priced, falsely advertised (my breasts were not supported well, the bras gave me uniboob, and the fabric was so stiff, that the edges actual cause several cuts in my skin). I should've fought for my money back, but honestly they're so crooked and unprofessional that I cut my losses. Stay far away before they burn and cut you, too. Honest rating- 0 stars, do not recommend, can't believe they're still in business.
