We fulfilled orders for FloraQueen in Singapore and are currently awaiting payment of approximately USD 4,000. After requesting payment, our supplier account was blocked and we have not received responses to subsequent emails. We recommend that potential suppliers perform careful due diligence, keep detailed records, and clarify payment terms and dispute procedures before working with the company as they seems to be scammers and a team of frauds.

I would like to warn anyone considering sending flowers through this online store.
I purchased flowers to be delivered to Peru on May 5 for a total of €111. The payment was processed on May 7, and the delivery was supposed to take place on May 10 (Mother’s Day in Peru). However, the flowers were never delivered.
I contacted the company by email, and they assured me that they would resolve the issue immediately. I have repeatedly requested a refund, but as of today, June 4, the order has still not been delivered, and I have not received my money back.
Please be very careful when dealing with this company!

After several atempts of contacting with the company, I was only able to get a AI chat. Once I was helped by one of your workers, due to a bug in the website, they said the address details were changed but actually they weren't. The delivery person called me asking for the details I supposely changed a couple of days before. To close with the problems, I choose to be deliverded the 3rd of june , and it didnt, you give it to delivery a day,before to be delivered. Luckily the same person from the delivery that changed the address details, postponed the delivery until the 3rd. So nor the help received nor the ONLY thing I needed, to be delivered one SPECIFIC date, worked out from the company.

[SCAM ALERT]. Absolute worst experience ever. I ordered flowers for a specific date and location. FloraQueen completely missed the delivery deadline, yet had the nerve to send an automated email claiming the item was "Delivered."
When I manually checked the actual courier tracking (BRT), the live laser scans proved the package hadn't even left the sorting warehouse in northern Italy—hundreds of kilometers away from the destination!
Because of this massive delay, the delivery date passed, and the recipient has already left the location entirely.

Terrible. Made the order days in advance for my mother’s 70th and the order did not arrive but says it did on the tracking app. There is NO direct line of contacting them or a window for any direct assistance on their website so I am not sure I will even be able to receive a refund.

The flowers I ordered for my daughter's bithday in Denmark were never delivered. According to the delivery company, the addres was incorrect, which was not. The flowers were returned to the sender (flower company) in Germany (I do not know why they send flowers from Germany to Denmark). I imagne that in Copenhagen there are several flower bussinesses.
Also, the contact I have been dealing with has not been very helpfull at all. I have been asking for the refund of the amount paid and still have not received anything. Supposely the Quality Assurement department will contatc me to settle this down.

They said they were going to place the order at a pickup point, which is not okay because on top of everything, I'd have to ask the birthday person to go pick it up themselves. I ordered a flower arrangement for my partner’s birthday, and they completely failed the delivery. My partner was inside the house the entire day, and the building's front desk (portería) was open and actively receiving packages. The courier never called, never rang the doorbell, and never tried to leave it at the front desk.
To make matters worse, their "solution" is that the recipient has to go pick up her own birthday gift. Customer support is practically hidden, forcing me to hunt down an FAQ form just to complain. Unacceptable logistics and terrible customer service. Avoid this company if you actually want your gifts delivered.

They promised next-day delivery, yet two days later the order is still in Barcelona, over 1,000 km from me, and hasn't even been collected by the courier. This was after FloraQueen stated that it was out for delivery on the day it was promised, with an expected delivery before 10pm. It wasn't even out for delivery.
I wouldn't touch this company with a barge pole, and if I could give ZERO stars, I WOULD! USELESS.
I have now purchased an extra bouquet from a reputable local florist for another delivery because, due to this company, I missed an important day for someone who is very important to me.

I ordered flowers from this company over 17 days ago, and to this day, nothing has been delivered. What’s even more frustrating is the complete lack of communication. I’ve tried reaching out multiple times through email, their website contact form, and even Instagram but not a single response on any channel (just a stupid bot).
This level of service is unacceptable. There is no transparency, no accountability, and clearly no priority given to customers. It honestly feels like once they have your money, they disappear.
I strongly recommend avoiding this company. They are neither reliable nor competent, and my experience has been extremely disappointing, specially when the gift was for a condolence of a lost.

I paid around €100 for 20 roses, and the order still arrived late. I chose this company specifically because the delivery date shown at checkout was the 27th. The flowers were meant to be a birthday gift for my mother, but they arrived on the 28th, which completely ruined the surprise.
This is not even the first bad experience I have had with this company. On a previous occasion, they delivered fewer roses than advertised, so unfortunately this seems to be a recurring issue rather than a one-off mistake.
For that price, I expected a reliable service, proper communication and at least some kind of solution when the delivery failed. Instead, customer service has been poor, and I have not received a clear response or proper follow-up.
The only reply I received referred to the Mother’s Day period, which does not make sense, as Mother’s Day in Spain was at the beginning of May.
In my opinion, there are much better flower delivery companies out there, such as Interflora, Colvin or Euroflorist, especially if you need the order to arrive on a specific date.
I would not recommend this company if the delivery date is important.

I ordered a "Deluxe" bouquet for Mother's Day to be delivered on Friday (2 days before). "Deluxe" was to include a vase, chocolates and greeting card with my message. None of these were included and my message was on a sad and dirty piece of paper instead.
There was only one delivery attempt made by their transporter DPD France and no notes left at door. I had made sure to include my mother's cell phone number with her address but there was no attempt to call her. She ended up picking up her gift the following morning at a relay place which may still have been alright. But, the flowers were way passed their prime, wilted, yellow stems & leaves. They definitely would not have looked much better if delivered on time and looked horrible for Mother's Day. It does not appear that the transport was refrigerated and adapted for flowers...
From the total lack of quality and accountability, I have zero expectation the company will make things right.
Save yourself time and money and use a different company to send flowers to your loved ones.

I ordered a special bouquet for Mother’s Day. Regardless to say I can’t speak about the quality as it never arrived. The recipient was never called, nor was any contact available. We just received news that apparently it has been « delivered », no flowers to be seen. Customer service flat out told me via email after I complained that it was not their problem and they had no refund. The company is a scam by all accounts.

I ordered a specific arrangement and didn’t receive the quantity of flowers that were shown in the picture. They put a lot of green, but not enough flowers. I also ordered a white vase, they didn’t give me that white vase and gave me a clear one instead. I sent an email to the company and they didn’t acknowledge their mistakes. Will not be using this service again.
