DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! The store is a grade A scam! The flowers I received were nothing like the flowers I ordered, the card was missing from the order, and the order was 2 days late! I contacted them and they kept making excuses every time until they finally ignored me completely!

They are clearly a SCAM

They are clearly a SCAM. I wish I read these reviews before. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE it will ruin your special day. Especially if you are doing this from a distance, you’ll think everything is sorted for how smooth then ordering process is, but then they have no idea of how to handle the delivery. Extremely POOR, my mum did not get anything for her 50th birthday.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. They take your money without delivering your order. When you try to contact customer support, you only receive AI-generated responses full of excuses. It is also impossible to reach them by phone, as their telephone line is busy 24/7. Fortunately, we were able to obtain a refund through PayPal.

Terrible service, non-existent customer support.

Thinking to deliver a nice bouquet to your mother on her birthday? Think again! Not only they did not deliver the order on the day, but there was absolutely no way to know where and at what point the order was; simply "being prepared". No phone support, no email, or a simple chatbot: nothing. Safe yourself some money and use any other service. Pizza Hut would probably do a better job delivering flowers.

Damaged product due to long delivery

I ordered from Floraqueen.es for Spanish Mother's Day. The website warned they could arrive not on the day but the day after. Fine. Placed the order. Flowers did not arrive on the day, as expected. They did not arrive the following day. Two days after Mother's Day, the flowers arrive, some visibly damaged from a long delivery, thrown away on the spot. Emailed company, their standard response is to send two pictures. I am not going to ask my mom to take pictures of a damaged flower arrangement that was supposed to be a surprise. It's useless anyway, a family member had the same experience, sent the pictures, waited for a response, reminded them, waited, reminded them, and still waits for a response. Plenty of other local, dedicated florists do this way better.

Experiencia NEFASTA y absolutamente vergonzosa. El ramo llegó prácticamente podrido: flores viejas, marchitas y en evidente estado de descomposición. Es indignante que una empresa tenga la poca vergüenza de enviar un producto así y cobrar por ello.
Pero lo más lamentable todavía es la atención al cliente. Llevo casi un mes reclamando, enviando quejas y perdiendo el tiempo para recibir únicamente respuestas automáticas generadas por IA, sin una sola solución real ni nadie capaz de hacerse responsable. Un servicio completamente impersonal, inútil y desesperante.
La falta de profesionalidad y de respeto hacia el cliente es absoluta. Jamás volveré a comprar aquí y recomiendo a cualquiera que esté pensando en hacerlo que busque otra empresa si no quiere tirar su dinero.
Absolutely disgraceful and unacceptable experience. The bouquet arrived practically rotten: old, wilted flowers in an obvious state of decay. It is outrageous that a company would have the nerve to send something in this condition and still charge customers for it.
What is even worse is the customer service. I have spent almost a month filing complaints and wasting my time only to receive useless AI-generated automated replies, with no real solution and nobody willing to take responsibility. Completely impersonal, frustrating, and unacceptable service.
The lack of professionalism and respect for customers is shocking. I will never buy from this company again, and I strongly advise anyone considering it to stay away unless they want to waste their money.

've been using this service for 4…

've been using this service for 4 years. In all that time, there was only one issue — my package got returned. Had to deal with some stress: explaining the problem in detail and asking to be connected to a real human operator. Eventually I got it sorted and the greeting was sent, though it arrived a week late.
With real experience under my belt, here's my honest take for those trying the service for the first time:
Don’t expect premium or white-glove service. This is a heavily automated platform — mostly bots and AI. No one’s going to bend over backwards for you or treat you like a VIP.
Important note: You only get some actual control during the delivery stage, once your greeting reaches the local postal service. That’s when you can try to reschedule the delivery time or make adjustments through their online portal.
Overall, the service is stable and doesn’t try to rip you off — which is already a solid plus nowadays. However, if you need a real person to deliver the gift, preserve its quality, and hit a precise deadline — that’s a completely different tier and, most likely, a different price range.
Don’t count on a true “pay and forget” experience. For this price point, it’s a decent, working solution — and you’re unlikely to find anything significantly better in the same segment.

Would recommend.....but beware of auto add ons in the cart

After several years of having issues trying to send florals to family members (they are UK based and I live in USA) I finally found a solution with Flora Queen. My Mom particularly has always been amazed with the quality of the flowers and their consistent life span. My only issue of late has been the 'auto' add on of vases and cards once you proceed to the cart. Just seems tacky and forces the orderer to manually remove them.

extremely disappointing!

extremely disappointing!! flowers that were to be a gift for a newly married friends ordered to be delivered in Portugal on 25 May never reached the destination. i have lost 70 Euros and so much time bouncing back and forth emails with Sarah without any outcome. This company's incompetence has completely ruined my carefully planned surprise for my friends, I DO NOT recommend this company

Do not subject yourself to this torture

Simply terrible. I ordered on the 12th of May to be delivered on the 26th of May to avoid as many issues as humanly possible. I have been tracking my order from the start and can see it's been in the warehouse for several days. That would've been completely fine if it had been actually delivered on time. After contacting the company about it, I got an automated response. The whole point of ordering flowers for a specific date is for it to be delivered ON THAT DATE. Absolutely ruined the significance of the date. Do yourself a favour and never order here. Contact local florists in the recipient's area instead. The best part is, when you request a refund, they have you wait WEEKS for it to reflect. By that time, FloraQueen is hoping and praying you forgot about it and do not dispute it further. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

They don't care about you once you have paid

Terrible experience. I ordered a bouquet for Valentine's Day with delivery scheduled for 14 February. The flowers arrived on 16 February, two days late, and on top of that they were completely dried out and unusable.

The gift was meant for a specific occasion: delivering it late drains it of any meaning, and receiving it in that state turns the failure into a joke. For a service whose entire premise is the punctual delivery of fresh flowers, this is a complete failure.

I strongly advise against relying on FloraQueen for anything that matters. I won't be making the same mistake twice.
