I saw this brand's video on Douyin and thought it was beautiful, so I went to the website to browse it. There are many styles of clothes, mainly because the quality looks good. Although the models are so slim, I feel that their clothes are very tolerant, can be customized, and have good styles.

The clothes drape well and look very elegant without being ostentatious. The skirt comes with a bra pad, so it's very convenient to wear.

I only pressed one star because it won’t let me write anything until you press one. DON’T buy from this site I have had the same experience as other reviews, dress doesn’t fit, so I simply wanted to return and get a bigger size, not simple at all, they do not allow returns. Contacted credit card to do a charge back.

I purchased this dress in a small size, and I was very disappointed. Despite being labeled as a small, it was extremely heavy and uncomfortable to wear. Additionally, when I tried to return the dress, the company refused to give me a refund. Their customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. I would not recommend buying from this company.
They are cheaters

The price/performance ratio is very high, and the fabric is quite thick. The skirt is very long, so need to be careful when walking.

Wish I had read reviews!! do NOT order from this site. Ordered dress for sons wedding, arrived removed from package..poor quality..not good fit..back in bag to send back. Been an absolute nightmare..several emails sent to them..they want photos of dress on...my measurements..pics of bag and of internal packaging. Still awaiting return address..for partial refund!!! PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM..AGREE WITH OTHER LADY..SITE SHOULD BE REMOVED

Very bad customer service. Only 14 days return policy. Colour and sequence work is way to different than in the picture. We had a genuine problem, we received dress on 7June evening. We didn't even open it as we were waiting for my daughter's exams to finish to surprise her with her prom dress. No matching of colour, work or size. I Lodge return on 25th. They wouldn't accept the return saying their return policy is 14 days. It is unused, with tag hardly opened dress in original packaging. It was not customised dressed. Regular size 8 dress so there was no reason not to accept return. Very poor embellishments and tailoring. Absolutely disappointed...

I was a bit nervous after I placed the order and got round to reading the reviews but I shouldn’t have been.
I ordered a custom sized prom dress for my daughter and it fitted perfect and is great quality.
My daughter loved it and looked amazing.

The dress that I ordered was sooooo heavy with sequins, layers and train. When I tried to return it, due to the weight of the dress and the fact that this company is in CHINA...it was going to cost of $200 to ship it back. Their customer service is the WORST!!! They would only give me 50% of the cost of the dress.
The weight of the dress was not disclosed on their website. Also the website makes it look like a USA company...does not even have an address in the USA to send returns to. Total Scamm...BEWARE do not purchase from them.

Absolute scam…. Ordered a dress for my future mum in law for my wedding. She measured herself and ordered the correct size.
The dress arrived and did not fit… now all they want is photos. She is extremely disappointed and just wants to return.
Stop sending requests for photos the dress doesn’t fit and the quality is awful
Your website should be closed down and that will stop you from scamming and robbing people. You are a disgrace and should not be allowed. Your idea of customer service is disgusting

I seriously recommend people stay away from this company.

Ordered a dress for my daughter’s prom and the one that we ordered was very different to that that arrived. Went back and forth with emails as no numbers to call and they offered us an insulting 10% refund. Ended up £153 down and no dress with only couple of weeks before daughter’s prom.
Wish we had read these reviews before hand as they pretty much say the same thing!

It’s hard to know if a fancy dress will fit or look right on you until you try it on and their dress looked differently than the picture and was way off the mark with the fit. The return policy assured us that we could return if we weren’t satisfied. Unfortunately, we didn’t read the small print that you could only see if you clicked another link. In short, be warned: THEY DONT PERMIT RETURNS no matter how many hoops they make you go through to get one.

Wouldn't give one star if I didn't need to write this review.

Worst experience ever. Don`t order anything from this website!!! I order dress and came with wrong size but they don`t accept any returns. Dress cost £150 and you expecting to receive right size dress or offer replacement but this company only ask about 1000 pictures and doesn`t even think to refund the money.
