I would not recommend this site to no one a total rip off

Don’t shop here because they won’t take a return.
If a business wants us to shop on line where we can’t try something on, they should absolutely take returns.
Don’t shop here because their customer service is terrible. They will make you jump through hoops to try to get a return until you just give up.
You’ll be stuck with something that doesn’t fit and be out a couple hundred bucks.
Shameful!

Please do not buy from this company. The goods are shoddy and nothing like the photos. I’ve had to jump through hoops to get a partial refund. Absolutely outrageous customer service.

This is a scam!!! Don’t buy anything from them!! Dress came totally different than the pictures on the website, awful poor material, different color, smells awful, and while trying to return the dress they are rejecting and trying to find an exercise not to accept the return! THIS IS A SCAM!!!!!!

The dress looked bad on me. It was too long, the material was heavier than I expected. I tried to return the dress and they do not offer returns. The best I could get was to keep the dress and get a 30% credit.

This site deserves ZERO stars. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!! They will refuse to accept your return and then will offer you a 15% refund. The quality of the dresses is terrible. DON’T waste your money or your time!

Deserves a zero!!!! I hope you are reading this before you place your order. These dresses are garbage not as described and they are SHADY !!!! Your order will not only have a $20-$30 fee for delivery but upon return request, they will decline to refund you instead offering a 15% refund of your paid amount (about 20$ for my 150$ purchase with shipping) and you will be charged an additional 15% for cleaning fee upon returning ur purchase so literally zero dollars lol!!!!! RUNNNNNN!!!!

If I could give a 0star I would my sister in law ordered a non custom dress from her for her prom and unfortunately the dress didn’t fit and they refused to refund or exchange the dress, they said it’s not there problem and to try sell the dress or give it away I’m disgusted the dress was £108.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Poorly made dress, will only offer discount after discount if you want to return a dress! And then they try to make you pay 15% for their cleaning fee! This company is absolutely disgusting! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Ordered dress for my Sons wedding and and when arrived it didn’t fit and so much padding around the bust and front would make it very hot to wear for an August wedding. After several e mails I had to send photos and measurements to find out I will only get 15 per cent back ! Do not order from this terrible rip off company

Poor quality the dress is ugly,they don’t want to return my money back only 10 %.

Do not order anything from this company the returns policy is ridiculous i ordered a dress for my daughters wedding received my order colour is not as expected and the sizing is wrong to return this dress I have to jump through hoops they want photos and measurements it’s really not worth it

Ordered 2 wedding dresses 8th March. Still waiting. Had text saying it was in new Delhi, dubai and France. Now in stanstead and now had a text asking for £116 to release it. I'm so upset!!

I ordered what I thought would be the perfect dress - unfortunately, when it arrived (having sent my bust, waist, hip, height and half height measurements) the item did not fit.
I informed Flormiss support and they asked me to send photos, with measurements to prove that the dress did not fit.
10 photos later and several emails, 2 options are available to me: 15% refund and keep the item - which is no use to man or beast! or option 2 a 30% gift card discount on the next order and retain item (15% being deducted if I return the item due to 'warehousing fee' if I insist on returning the item and suggested it was my fault that the item did not fit due to personal circumstances!!
Only thing good about this company is they are quick to email - I imagine Vicky is a busy girl with the refund requests!

Terrible Customer Service ordered a dress and contacted them day after received it I wanted to return in. Provided pictures of everything they requested. They offered me 10% off new dress. After requesting my money back and return label request they have stopped responding to my email. No customer service number to call . I will contact my credit card company to see if they can help. This is the worst company I’ve ever worked with.

wish if I have read these reviews before I place my order no contact phone number take 24 to 48 hours before email is answered still cannot get a proper answer about my order concerning production of Dress shipping time since March 27 said expected delivery between April 17 to the 23rd email them get a response saying that your address will be made within 3 to 5 days today is 17 April to my understanding. Dress have not even made yet, very bad website to order from this company to know I will be reporting you guys to the consumer bureau if I do not get my address as stated or my money refunded if not arrive in time because according to your side refunded, if not delivery on time, but if you promise to ship and delivery at a specific date, I should get my dress within another week. I don’t foresee that because according to your email yesterday seems to still Dress has not start working on us yet .

My credit card was charged. However, I never received the dress. I have nothing showing that I ordered a dress.
I have a feeling that this company is owned by another company with a different name as I ordered the dress from that other company which is also horrible.

One must be very careful with these advertisement.

Terrible Company to buy from, everything the other reviewers have said is totally true!!!!! Ordered a dress that was supposed to be a UK 18, when it came I measured it and it was a UK 10 or 12, not fit for purpose so asked them for a returns note to send it back and heard very little from them foe a few days.
Have told this company that I will request a chargeback from my credit card company if they don't authorise a return. Still waiting to hear from them even though I have emailed them photos of the dress with a tape measure measuring it. This website should be ashamed of themselves taking money from customers and sending goods that are not fit for purpose. Online shopping should give the consumer rights but they just ignore them.

The most horrendous company I’ve ever had the misfortune of using.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER.
Made sure I ordered a standard size so I could return if it didn’t fit me as per their refund policy. The dress was awful, emailed them saying how terrible the dress was, sent pictures with measurements showing how rubbish their sizing were and how actually my bust size went above their sizing chart but yet they still refused to refund me just offer me a gift card for 30% of the value of the dress. This wasn’t a cheap dress and it was terrible, why would I want to use that company again to warrant a gift card? So upset I’ve lost £150
