NEVER BUY ONLINE AT THIS GERMAN COMPANY!

I ordered a bluetooth GPS from Flugversand and payed by creditcard on 18/11 2015. The next day I got confirmation that the item had been send by post to my business adress as ordered. On the 26/11 I still hadn't received the package and informed Flugversand about this. They answered, that we should have received the package 5 days earlier . As this was not correct, I asked Flugversand to refund any charges they had made on my creditcard. To my surprise, they answered back, that they refused to do so.
Conclusion: Flugversand charges your creditcard on shipment, but will not accept to refund the purchase even if you never receive the ordered goods. DO NOT BUY ON-LINE EVER AT THIS COMPANY!
