I thought I’d never fall for a con and yet here I am! Paul Dundle is the best scammer I have ever know... and that says a lot because I am Nigerian. Xmas holiday to Fuerteventura cancelled. Even though HE PROMISED me it wouldn’t be. No matter how tempting do not book with Flylolo. Got our money back but not a good experience at all.

We had a flight booked with Lolo over xmas holidays with a family of 4 from Fuerteventura to Gatwick - Lolo when we were out there on holiday cancelled the return flight as they could not fill it. It cost us £700+ extra to buy a new flight at short notice and got home a day later - lots of hassle for a family of 4 over xmas. No compensation at all (had a £40 cheque but when paid it in it was returned as "refer to drawer" . This company obviously book flights, try to fill them and if they don't get enough people cancel them when you are out there and leave you to pick up the pieces ….be warned! They blamed the flight cancellation on downturn of business from brexit and yet the owner is a Conservative Councillor for Arundel who seems to support Brexit... Says it all really... Anyone who books with them is taking a gamble with their money.. Would not be surprised to see them go bust soon.

My first experience with Flybe will definitely be my last! Having now read the reviews for this Company I realise I should've given them a very wide berth. Firstly there was, what would appear to be normal, the change in flight schedule/airline. Secondly, having arrived at Gatwick two hours before my departure time to Newquay I stood with most of the rest of the passengers who had hold luggage for an hour and a half waiting for check in staff to arrive to check us in......nobody came! Myself and a couple of other passengers phoned the company to ask why there were no check in staff and were told that they were "stuck in traffic"! Unbelievable. In the end we grabbed hold of a passing employee of the airport and wouldn't let him go until he found someone to come and man the check in counter.....all the while the planned departure time was looming ever closer. Eventually one (yes, just one) person arrived to check in virtually a whole plan load of passengers. The first couple of people got checked in but then there was a couple, who had had their flight cancelled without explanation the previous evening, who had been given a scrappy piece of paper saying they were on my flight. Of course there was no record of them and the one and only check in guy spent ten minutes at least on the phone before beckoning the next person over to try and multi-task with the phone and booking in other passengers. What a fiasco! Never again, what a shambles....how are they allowed to continue to operate???

They haven't provided flights that were available (bought them with another company next day) and keep requesting a payment. They do not reply to my e-mails. They are complete fraudsters.

I thought I was dealing with Ryanair direct, until I paid, nowhere did I see mention of a service charge which was massive. After reading reviews realised no point getting through to them as I would have no joy.

We were booked into Istanbul. After the recent coup, our government issued a no-travel advisory for the country & we were advised to rebook. When I tried doing this with fly.co.uk I was told that it was not possible to rebook to another destination, only to change the dates. I tried explaining that when a state of emergency has been imposed for the next several months & there is a government no-travel advisory in effect, this option would not work for us. After being put on hold for 1 1/2 hours, the service person with whom I spoke was incredibly rude & REFUSED to transfer me to her supervisor. My advice is to NEVER use this company. My family lost our entire booking & had to spend thousands on new bookings.

Do not use this company
Do not use this company, the website changes your booking with different dates, times and airports! You have to keep an eye right up to the absolute end of the booking and check every detail. I caught the first two but ended up booking a flight coming into Stansted that I originally though was Heathrow and couldnt change it! The phone support is awful and I spent 3 hrours trying to speak to them and they charged me for the pleasure. I thought I could do better than the Easyjet price and the lesson here is just book it straight from them. You can see all the comments others have made, just dont bother. Good Luck

I bought a flight ticket from A Ryan Air through a fly.co.uk but unfortunately I charged not comparatively ratio with the flight price that I got and the customer service skill is dead because they don't have a listening tendency,anyway most travel agents try to mislead a custmer and charged un worthy money .
Wrong Airport
I have just checked my booking details, and not only have they charged me a service charge to the total of my ticket. Meaning I have paid double. The ticket is for the wrong airport. So they screwed me twice. This company needs to be shut down.

I bought flight tiket from this people from india you can recognize there accsent. I foun a better deal. And i cansel the tikets with in 24 hours and when i called to cansel they gave me the name of Delta's airline I had no problem cancelling this flight through that airline but when, I went to chenk my banck acct. I realozed that they jad not refunded the 450$ back to my acct. I called them bacl an now they are saying that this are tax and fees that are not refundable. They are a scam also know as reservationdeak.com

I also booked flight throught this site and received an email one leg could not be confirmed and I should call to rebook. Number in the email was 02080995486. I have tried this mutiple times during business hours (for UK or Germany) and no answer and no way to leave a message. I tried replying to the email, no response. I looked on line and tried other numbers 02080995486 and also 4934135538, all no answer. I tried their contact us option on their web page also NO RESPONSE. So buyers beware this company is very suspect. Wish I would have checked out their reputation more thoroughly before trying to book.
Do Not Use This Company
I purchased a ticket with extra baggage in good faith this company could handle this request. They couldnt. They forgot to request additional baggage, Upon checking in I was informed fly.co.uk had not made this request. So I had to pay a further £80 on top of the price I spent with fly.be instead of the cheaper online price of £38
Upon speaking with customer services, they got aggressive and insisted it was my problem, not theirs and it was my responsibility to sort this out with the airline.
Having used many online services in the past, I can quite honestly say I have never been so insulted and ended up putting the phone down on them.
Lesson learned and I advise anyone here to stay clear from this company.Absolutely disgraceful. If I could give negative stars I would.

This company pretends to be "FLYBE.COM" and at no stage was I told about the "SERVICE CHARGE" £79, I contacted my bank and explained the situation, that they are FRAUDSTERS, and they refunded the charge so come on FLY.CO.UK call me and demand your £79!!! please expect expletives when and if you do call, .... OFF!!! also charged for non existent bags!

Wish I had seen these reviews before I booked! Only AFTER you have entered your card details does it tell you that you will also get charged just under £60 for the privilege of using their website! My flights didn't cost that for goodness sake! Basically for flights which I would have paid £40 on the company website I have paid £100. Will definitely not be using them again, and advise anybody else not to do so either!
