MSF2020 a review
you have a variety of aircraft's, but in your site have seen that you mostly focus on Airbus NEO, there are many different aircraft's you can put, so please you are advised to change. The graphics of MSFS2020 are awesome, there are many opportunities where you can learn flying, flying a Helicopter is I think very difficult, you can fly Gliders by bungee launch or pulled by an aircraft. On the whole I find MSFS2020 the best, although I have to learn a lot, but that will come as time goes on, I have FS2004 FSX but nothing to beat MSFA2020.

Long time flight simmer since…the early days
I have been a flight simmer since MS-DOS version of the Microsoft Flight simulator, each iteration thru the current Flight Simulation. they say it's as real as it gets unless you are a real Pilot in a real aircraft Logging Pilot-in-Command (PIC) Time -

Beware the subscriptions
Beware the subscriptions. Their cancellation process is intentionally shady and difficult.
Example:
- Under billing, there is a cancellation link which jumps to half way down the contact page to "Cancelling your Pro Membership"
- The first lines your eyes read under this are "Please email us at support@flyawaysimulation"
- However, hidden further up the page from where you get dropped is "Emails send to our support address listed below will not be actioned for account cancellations"
- And, much further down the page to "contact us at pro@flyawaysimulation"
For one, how hard would it be for staff to forward an email sent to contact@flyawaysimulation, and secondly, regardless of which email address is used, they don't respond anyway.

I can confirm we have gone ahead and canceled the subscription with the information you provided. We have also issued a full refund for the last subscription payment you made under that profile.
We sincerely apologize for any delay you may have had with contacting our support team. We separated the PRO billing and software support systems several months ago to correctly assign the support needed to the relevant departments - it was never meant to be "intentionally shady and difficult" - at least that was never our aim. We have different teams managing software and account support and a completely separate team handling PRO account cancelations.
Again, we apologize for any confusion you may have experienced and your report will go into improving the service for future users.
The recent month's Fly Simulation…
The recent month's Fly Simulation charged my creditcard 3 times in a month. After complaining and cancel the subscription plus refund they do not reply.
I did send the mail to my creditcard organisation. Hope they block them.

I can confirm your cancelation request has been actioned and any subscriptions you had with us have now been canceled.
We has also refunded any subscriptions that were paid after requesting the cancelation.

This is the best place to get free add-ons for your flight simulator. With frequent updates via email, you will always be on on top of the latest developments. For a small monthly fee, you will become a pro member and be able to download files at a very good speed. You will also be able to file a rating for your downloads to let everyone else know what your opinion of the software is.

Registered for Flyawaysimulation.com Pro to save some time on scenery downloads…LOL! Four days later I have not received activation email..and no reply from Flight Away Sim for to my request for help. Card has been charged. They will also not reply to my cancellation request. I have contacted Visa to file a dispute on this charge.

Great place to buy your sim planes
Fly Away Simulation is a great store to buy your aircraft for flight simulators. I have had zero problems with them. They seem very responsive if you need support. They offer great products too. The only thing I would suggest is that they have a one click solution when they email you about updates. they are on top of things when it comes time to update their software, usually after asobos updates break things.
