Easy navigation and great customer service

The agent that I had was Dean and he found the best price for me and made sure everything went smoothly and I had my boarding pass each time and called to make sure I got everything.

The price they offer cannot be beat by any site. Attenuative staff.

Each time I receive assistance with a flight or searching for one even if I am unable due to cost not continual with purchasing of a flight the attitude of Dean never shifts with giving me the excellent advice or service with compassion.

I was very pleased with the customer service I received. After booking a last-minute ticket, the team quickly contacted me to confirm my travel arrangements. They provided email confirmations of my flight details and followed up with a phone call to ensure I received everything and that my flight information was accurate. I also got an email when my flight was returning home, and they called to remind me to check in online with my airline to save time at the airport. Overall, it was a great experience working with this team. I would give a 10/10 and definitely recommend their services.

My agent was Dean J. I had booked to tickets and had to hurry up and canceled them because they were standing by tickets. I left a message and Dean called me back to say he seen and heard my message and he explained to me that those tickets were stand by and i wasn't guaranteed a seat for my flight that was a family emergency my mother has Stage 4 lung cancer and I was upset and begged Dean to help me and as far as I am concerned he went above and beyond in regards to helping me get my tickets and followed up by calling 2 to 3 times making sure I received my confirmation number and my tickets via email. I did tell Dean how much it meant to me for all his help and that on my return flight back to Minnesota I would be contacting him to help me book my tickets. The only thing that I can offer to your company is to get more agents like Dean J and also I feel he deserves a promotion and/or rise.

Each person I talked to was helpful and really nice

I was a little skeptical about booking with this company. I looked at previous reviews. I can honestly say that I was impressed. The ticket came as I was informed the night before. The only problem was that I was not seated next to my partner but that was no fault of Flybix. I will definitely use them again!! The staff was very helpful and what I requested for my booking was exactly what I received.
