John William has been quite helpful and professional in receiving my final papers. My first encounter was with Joshua Phillips who certainly was quite helpful to this novice. I intend to use FlyFait Travel again for future trips.

I have a horrible experience with this company!!!!

I had an existing flight from Newark airport to Miami on 16/05/2025
6 days before my flight I’ve called them to check the status of my flight
I’ve googled the number and the first number appeared was saying United costumer service
I’ve called that number and the representative who’s name was Sam Wilson Jr assured me it’s a United Costumer service

So I’ve asked him the status of my flight and he said it’s delayed from 8:00am to 8:00pm and the only chance I have is the next flight which is at 9:30am but it cost an additional $198.00
I’ve paid that money and he sent me the new itinerary information

But something sounds suspicious to me
and lately at the day I’ve called to the airport and got the number of the United airline directly
I’ve called them and apparently my flight was not delayed and the 9:30 flight was $47.00 cheaper so they sent me a refund

Sam Wilson Jr was not dishonest to me and gave me the wrong information
Stay alert with this company!!!

Bryan, the customer service agent was fantastic 5 ⭐️ The company outside of Bryan is a SCAM. He patiently answered my multiple calls & concerns that immediately came up. I’m blown away this company is
In business, it’s a SCAM Do Not Use!! Somewhere legitimate pls hire Bryan-you won’t be disappointed.

After a mess at DFW because every flight leaving was delayed-delayed then canceled, waiting 2 hours in line at customer service for AA because they said Re-book via the web then see them at the counter where my rebook was canceled :( I went to another airlines booked then was told to go to the customer service for UA they couldn't get me on a flight until late the following day. Then my son-in-law found a flight on SW to Boise where they could pick me up and we could continue the drive to Biloxi MS. While speaking to Amber Gilbert that flight was full it didn't look good so we disconnected a few minutes later she called me with one seat left on Delta. Amber Gilbert went the extra male to make sure I arrived in Boise about 45 minutes ahead of my daughter and son in-law. I can not say enough nice things about how she understood my situation. On top of that I have not flown Delta since the 80's WOW what a great experience.

I was going through a really stressful time and honestly I was a bit rude talking to him. I wanted to cancel my trip but it was to close to the flight date. Even though I was rude, Bryan called to let me know that there was a flight delay and therefore I could cancel and receive a refund after all. Thank you so much, Bryan.

Gross bait-and-switch. While my csr, Ellie Brown, was consistently professional and patient (5 stars there), the whole concept employed by FlyFairTravels is highly distasteful and misleading. They secure booking commitments for non-refundable competitive flight prices that are considerably lower than what the traveler actually pays in the end, hiding their "depending on availability" excuse in the fine print. Do not use this company to book your air travel if you expect to pay the fare they show you first. My total was about 70-80% more than what I accepted initially so it ended up not being that great a deal at all.

Ellie Brown did a fantastic job booking my round trip tickets. She's very clear in her communication and demonstrates a strong understanding of her role in providing exceptional customer service. I have no complaints about either Ellie or FlyFairTravels.
