Terrible and fraudulent company to the core

Where do I start from?

I paid for the procurement of some goods in November and Flymymall never procured the goods. They kept telling me to exercise patience whenever I contact them about it. This continued for months and till now, they've refused to refund my money. I've been writing emails and sending messages on whatsapp but they intentionally ignore them.
This is the worst logistics company ever!!
If you cherish your peace of mind, Run away from these people!!
I really hope their business burns for this pain and frustration they've caused me.

Absolutely unreliable logistics service

I have been using FlyMyMall for over 6 months and my experience has been consistently poor from start to finish.

Issues I experienced include:

- Drivers sent for pickup being told “nobody was there” despite confirmed addresses

- Phone numbers on their website being unreachable

- Packages delivered to the warehouse but not logged on the dashboard for days, preventing timely payment

- Missed shipping deadlines caused by their own internal delays

- Payments made weeks ago with packages still showing “in US warehouse” and no clear confirmation of shipment

- Extremely slow responses, vague updates, and repeated requests to “exercise patience” instead of providing facts

In one case, I paid for shipping on 18 December, and as of 2nd week of January, I still had no confirmed shipment status despite multiple follow-ups and escalation warnings. These delays affected time-sensitive production at our factory.

For a logistics company, transparency and reliability are non-negotiable. Unfortunately, FlyMyMall has shown neither. I would strongly advise individuals or businesses relying on urgent or production-critical shipments to look elsewhere.
