We pre-booked a flight from Munich to…
We pre-booked a flight from Munich to Cairo that should have made halt in Istanbul. That flight was cancelled just 2 hours before departure, due to „weather conditions“ but I’m pretty sure they just weren’t fully booked and didn’t want to lose money. Anyway, since they don’t have an official counter at the airport, we tried to cancel or reschedule our flight via their app, which just told us „no actions are possible“ regarding the Return policy. Then we tried calling 5 different numbers and the only working one was a Turkish AI talking nonstop and a non-working hotline. We finally (hopefully) managed to cancel our flight tickets and get back the money we paid. DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT FLYING WITH PEGASUS, they have NO idea what they’re doing, pay those 200€ more and book a flight from a legit airline.
Funny enough
Funny enough, I would say this was a bizarre, memorable experience. The staff seemed a bit ... on edge. My order (chicken sandwich and Cola Zero) came with a few surprise extras, a nice touch at first, until I realized they were thoughtfully included in the bill. I hope I did not buy any items from the market; otherwise, they would probably have made me regret it and given me their whole market. I swear saying no to a tea while I was trying to take a nap did not work, for reasons I am not aware of. Also, shoutout to the funny guy behind the counter and on-boarding; constant jokes, you can tell he loves his job, and the enthusiasm was palpable. Try to do stand-up comedy elsewhere; this is not the time and place. All in all, a unique visit. And hey, don't worry, I am sure this five-star review won't affect the overall score here. Wishing you all the best, and I genuinely hope things only go up from here.
Threat of canceling our tickets lol
Imagine booking a Pegasus flight to Cairo through Istanbul for a medical treatment of one of your beloved family members under 10 years old. Reaching the employee (Indian face with glasses) he started whispering to his colleague sitting near him like a secret agent or so and behind them a woman that seem to be leading the shift (also an Indian face). I felt from the first second that these persons wanted to ruin my trip. Can you imagine that they threatened me in Germany (EU standards apply) to cancel the flight of my family just because I argued a bit about he hand bags. The woman literally said: „give him his passports back and cancel his tickets“. I was with my child flying for his medical treatment and they treaded us very unfriendly especially the woman in the back. Shame on Pegasus to hire such persons. We are not flying with you to get insulted by your hired personal in Frankfort airport. You should be ashamed.
After Purchase, You’re On Your Own, Nightmare!!!!
My experience with Pegasus customer service is clearly unacceptable. Being kept on hold for hours, failing to reach any representative, and receiving no real solutions even for basic issues strongly suggests a system that makes access intentionally difficult.
The so-called “written support” channel does not function as real support. Instead, it appears to delay, deflect, and avoid responsibility. Especially after a ticket is purchased, the level of indifference makes it very clear that the customer is left on their own.
At this point, this is no longer just poor service — it has turned into a pattern of creating a consistently negative customer experience. Keeping customers waiting for hours, disabling effective communication, and failing to resolve issues is simply not acceptable for an airline.
This approach needs to change immediately. Otherwise, it will go beyond individual dissatisfaction and result in a serious loss of trust.

"I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience with Pegasus Airlines. I was charged an additional 50 Euros for a small backpack that is normally accepted by other airlines (like Ryanair) without any issues. The service quality was poor, and the company's policy seems focused on charging extra fees at every opportunity rather than customer satisfaction. I will definitely not be flying with Pegasus again. Never ever

Lost my Suitcase for nearly a month.!!!
Returned damaged.
Asked my self to have it repaired.
As there is no one that can repair it and told them I couldn't find any one who repaired suitcases.
They have offered me a measily €30 euros.
The customer service is absolutely terrible.
I would not fly with Pegasus airlines again given the choice
Cancelled my Flight
Cancelled my Flight
then forced me to Book an 10 hour long one because all alternative flights with other airlines would have been way to expensive at that time. Also a really really awful customer support.
I arrived 2 hours early to my flight…
I arrived 2 hours early to my flight but the counter was closed, so I couldn't get my tickets for my flight. The most hilariously sad part was, I didn't have any luggage. They wouldn't issue my ticket electronically and were extremely rude to me. Worse airline I've ever seen in my entire life, this one is just horrible. Of course it's Turkish.
Appalling Airline
Was due to fly home to Bristol from Istanbul on 12 March, only for Pegasus to cancel the flight hours before departure, claiming adverse weather at Bristol. Woe behold, every other airline managed to fly in to Bristol that day and Pegasus are conveniently claiming force majeure and failing to be transparent. Lost 7 hours of time and out of pocket currently as had to get to Bristol via Stansted
Cheap flights but shit customer service
Flight are cheap compared to other airlines like turkish airline, sas, norwegian, etc but the customer service i chat and webpage is really bad. My flight got delayed (moved 6hours earlier) and they didnt say why. I assume because they didnt have enough passengers to take the first flight and they wanted to save on gas. The new flight I got wasnt even full.
It was also no way to send a request for compensation via the websites, so you had to start a chat. I did so and the service was so bad. It seemed like they intentionally didnt want to help me send in a request but at last I got through and they send a request.
I even read the documentation on what we can expect for compensation, and there was a phone number for norwegian customer service. Of course that didnt work.
So 10 days after, on the day of my flight back home, still no response. I tried to ask for help in the customer service chat - no help. They told me that I have to contact the right department and when I asked for a email, they said they dont have it?!?! I sent in a request via their chat, I also get email that the request is under the review but I cant get help?!
I think Im supposed to get free meal and such because of the delay, but what does that help when they dont even respond within the duration they mention.
Cheap flights but dont expect any help in any regard.
Pegasus is not a reliable airline
Pegasus is not a reliable airline, this is their response from 21/11/25. When they lost our luggage ( family of 5 )...The audacity of Pegasus is diabolical...
Please be informed that Pegasus Airlines only compensates for purchases of clothing and personal care. Meals, transportation, accommodation, medicine and phone invoices are not covered.
Also the date, content and the price information should be visible and clear in the receipt that you will be providing.
Bank transaction pictures, order details, internet links are not considered to be purchase receipts.
We want to kindly inform you that Pegasus Airlines has completed payment procedure concerning your baggage on our part.
Our last offer will be 3.890,00 TRY
If you accept the amount of payment, please kindly write “I ACCEPT THE OFFER” they lost 5 luggages and this is how they try to intimidate customers.
3 kg hand luggage is scam because they…
3 kg hand luggage is scam because they knows more 90% passengers over 3 kg hand bag they charge me 50 euros for just 1 kg was over they will recheck your hand bag when you boarding they ask everyone que up again when you already in boarding gate very very big scam with passengers
Pegasus Airlines cancelled my flight…
Pegasus Airlines cancelled my flight PC519 (Tehran–Istanbul) due to operational reasons and sent me a written email confirming hotel accommodation.
Based on their instruction, I exited the transit area at Sabiha Gökçen Airport. However, no hotel, meals, or assistance were provided during a 14+ hour delay.
I was repeatedly redirected between counters without resolution.
Customer service later ignored the failure of care and rejected my claim by referring only to EU261, which is not relevant to the core issue.
This is not about delay compensation, but about failure to provide promised basic passenger care.
The flight was worth the money
The flight was worth the money! Punctuality, service and information was good. We were aware about the strict rules regarding luggage so there was no problem with that.
My advice is to be prepared by reading the rules and adjusting your expectations; the will Pegasus deliver.
Amazing Check In Staff super helpful
I originally had my trip to Turkey booked with SunExpress Airlines from Gatwick but they refused to let me board the plane claiming my passport was too old. Desperate to save my holidays I went on a 2 hours journey to Stansted airport by train to try last minute flight with Pegasus, I explained my situation to the Pegasus check in staff, they were super helpful checking out my passport details and figured I should have no problem entering Turkey with my passport and let me fly with them. Once in Istanbul I got through border passport control with zero issues. Thank you so much to the Pegasus check in staff at Stansted airport for saving my holidays after a very stressful day!
Lost luggage and terrible customer service
On 20.07.2026 I flew with Pegasus Airlines on flight PC1151 from Sabiha Gökçen (SAW) to Nice, and my checked luggage never arrived at Nice. After waiting for hours and repeatedly trying to reach Pegasus customer support without any success, I had to research the process on my own and discovered that the report must be made via an application.
During self-drop luggage check-in, no luggage tag was provided to me, which made the situation even more stressful and complicated. Eventually I managed to file the lost luggage report through the Pegasus app, and I was given the reference number NCEPC10006. Despite this, no one from Pegasus has contacted me so far. I have tried different ways to reach the company but I have not received any update or assistance about the status or location of my luggage.
The suitcase contains personal belongings such as a bag, shoes, clothes and toiletries with an approximate total value of 5,000 Euros. This loss has caused me both financial damage and serious inconvenience during my trip. In addition to the loss risk itself, I have had to make additional expenses to replace essential items during this period.
Following the report in the app, I also submitted written complaints and applications on 20.03.2026, 21.03.2026 and 22.03.2026, yet still have not received any meaningful response.
I request that my luggage be urgently located and delivered to me as soon as possible, and that all my expenses arising from this period be compensated. I also expect a clear and written explanation from Pegasus regarding how this situation occurred and why I was left without support for so long.
Unfair refund after airline cancellation.
I had a very disappointing experience with Pegasus Airlines.
I originally purchased a ticket for €242. The flight was cancelled by the airline, not by me. After the cancellation, I rebooked the flight as instructed. However, the airline later cancelled the rebooked flight again.
When I requested a refund, Pegasus Airlines only refunded €218 instead of the full €242 I paid. The difference of €24 is being denied, even though the changes were caused entirely by the airline.
I have contacted their customer service multiple times and clearly explained the situation, but they continue to refuse to refund the full amount I paid. This is extremely frustrating and feels unfair.
As a passenger, I expect that when an airline cancels a flight, the full original payment should be refunded, not a reduced amount based on internal system changes.
I would not recommend Pegasus Airlines based on this experience.

This company needs striking off and the CEO should be prosecuted for illegal practices. They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced and have actually stolen money from me.
Piece of sh*t
Piece of sh*t. Proper Turkish scam airlines. Luggage 50£? 🤯 3kg bag to cabin. If Turkey wants to keep their tourists floating they need to understand that by inflating prices it won’t go anywhere. While they get quick scam return, it will be real bad long term. Plus Antalya airport is more expensive than Geneva, London or Milan.. come on..really?
