My Valentine’s Day Was Ruined—and Then FNP Tried to Blame Me for It
Review:
I ordered a Valentine's Day gift from FNP.ae, specifically requesting a morning delivery to surprise my partner. The morning came and went with no gift and no updates. I tried calling customer support, but no one picked up. I even raised a complaint via their app. Eventually, we went to bed sad and disappointed.
The next morning, I woke up to find missed calls from them—timestamped starting at 10:30 PM! When I requested a refund since the flowers were no longer needed for the occasion, I was told they "attempted delivery" and that the failure was mine for not picking up the phone at nearly 11 PM.
Absolutely unacceptable. I’ll never use FNP again.
Wrong product sent and bad customer service
Sent substandard product and misrepresented items shown on their application. To apologize they said they would be sending another product asked for date and time and didn’t deliver anything. Closed my issue ticket and when confronted sent another apology mail with same offer asking to choose a date and time for delivery of complimentary product. Fact is you ruined the special moment and then wasting time with false promises.

I ordered a birthday cake only to be given a cake with a mouldy strawberry. After complaining that I need a refund I was told no .i have now had chronic diarrhoea for the last 3 days as half of the cake was consumed before realizing it was mouldy. Never order from them unless you want to get sick.

Awful customer service
Awful.. I did not receive my order this morning as requested and paid for between 7-9am and I have been messaging via whats app, emailing and calling all day and the only response I get it that it has been delivered! The delivery guy rang at 4pm to say he was on his way and I said it's way too I need your company to call me as no-one responds to anything. I have been charged, no flowers and nor do I want any from this company again if they cannot even call their customers to respond to a complaing.

Quite possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. I ordered a valentines gift to arrive on the morning of the 14th with the website claiming (delivery within an hour). I was informed the payment didn't go through (showed pending on my bank statement which normally results in a time out and my account replenishing) so I assumed payment failed. They sent a payment link so I paid again. Both payments went through.
I've had no refund on either payment even though I received no item and no communication until Sunday evening/monday. I've asked for a refund 3 times now. They have claimed they attempted delivery even though the delivery was to a hotel and the staff were expecting it.

My husband ordered gifts for me. When he didn’t see that the gifts weren’t delivered, he told me about it and that I should contact them. They said they will deliver on Sunday February 15, 2026. They changed delivery times several times. First they said, 3pm, then 5pm, then 7pm, and lastly, 11pm. I stayed at home, and awake to facilitate this. They sent a message at 10:04pm, to say they tried contacting me, but couldn’t reach me (which was untrue). There were no calls or messages from their delivery team. When I called the day after, they pushed the delivery to 1pm. I called again after 1pm, when I noticed they still did not deliver. They said before 5pm the Monday, February 16, 2026. I didn’t get the order until minutes past 4. Their customer service representatives could have said the delivery would be made the day after, instead of giving me other times and date. The cake is good and the roses were ok. However, based on this experience, I would not recommend.
