They failed to deliver the flowers. Don't answer contacts in an way shape or form. They said that they could arrange delivery if contacted within 12h. They didn't respond at all even though I reached 3 times within that time. They still haven't gotten back to me after 48h. Seems like a money grab scheme. Don't use it!

*** Following my Review and having to contact the sender I received the most wonderful bunch of flowers to replace the original delivery - they are completely different and wonderful *** I recently received a flower delivery in Dubai that was ordered for me by a friend in the UK via FNP.ae. Unfortunately, the flowers began to wilt within 24 hours of delivery, which was very disappointing given this was a gift.
I contacted FNP via WhatsApp on day two, well within their stated 48-hour reporting period. I was told they could only assist if I provided the order number, which I did not have as I was the recipient, not the purchaser. This meant I had to contact my friend in the UK to ask for the order details, which was embarrassing for both of us given this was meant to be a gift.
After providing the order details, the issue still was not resolved. I was told customer service would need to contact the sender directly in the UK to proceed with the complaint. I was then sent a photo showing the flowers at delivery, which I never disputed — my concern was that the flowers deteriorated within 48 hours, which is not acceptable quality for a premium flower delivery service.
Overall, this was disappointing both in product quality and customer service handling. Gifts should not create awkward situations between sender and recipient, and there should be a clear, recipient-friendly process for reporting quality issues.
I would not feel confident recommending this service based on this experience.

Order never received
This refers to my order # 4138661. I was supposed to receive the order today between 8:00 am and 1:00 pm. The order isn’t received and I kept calling (more than 10 times) and each time someone will tell me that they will check with the driver and call me but they never call back. I am very frustrated as my order was for a special guest and is never received. I kept receiving emails that i couldn’t be reached and actually no one called me . Even on WhatsApp they promise to get in touch but no one does. Very bad experience.
