My company engaged Focus 360 Arabia…

My company engaged Focus 360 Arabia under a signed Statement of Work dated July 19, 2023, for a feasibility study valued at USD 15,000. We paid the required 60% advance (USD 9,068) via Wise on July 31 and August 3, 2023.
Unfortunately, no work was ever delivered. We did not receive a draft, outline, update, or any portion of the contracted study. After multiple attempts to follow up, the CEO, Thom Dean, stopped responding and blocked all communication, preventing any opportunity to resolve the matter.
This experience resulted in a complete loss of the funds paid. I am sharing this review so that other businesses can make informed decisions.
