I ordered a product on the 9th May 2026 and have not received it or a refund. I have tried on numerous occasions to contact the company via email (since I am not in their timezone). There has been no response...
I do not recommend using this company due to poor support and since they take your money and don't fulfill orders.
I bought kitchen peelers that are absolutely useless. Contacted Fonome who said I could have a partial refund (by email) but their offer never eventuated. . Steer clear if this company.
Product arrived but doesnt work. Have emailed the company on numerous occasions (June 4th was first email sent, and July 27th was the last email sent), always dealing with someone new. Finally, they offered a 30% refund (as the return address was in China which was not the return address on the package when received, they said it would cost too much to return it) and we have been waiting 3 weeks for this refund. All recent correspondence has been ignored. 1 star rating is too generous for this company.
Do not purchase from this company. I purchased the shredders and believe me, there are no nice julienne strips. Their advert is AI generated. All I got was gouged vegetables. My hard earned dollars just went into the bin. Very disappointed that companies are allowed to produce outright lies to sell inferior product.
The website is misleading.
The shipping charges are hidden until you check out by which time it's too late to cancel.
The product, Zen Lick, is not fit for purpose. It does not open/close so you are unable to put fluid into it let alone clean it. Product n box unmarked. Cheap bit of useless plastic and the company have ignored my request to return it. $27.98 AUD down the toilet and into the bin!!
