Been looking for some trainers for my holiday and found some that were not to expensive. The website was really easy to use and payment was easy as well. Delivery was fast as well and free if you over a certain amount which is a bonus. 100% recommend.

Nasty staff & rip off at Glasgow Fort
Went to foot asylum and was told on entering store that if I downloaded the app I’d get 15% off. My son then picked a bag and trainers. I was budgeting on getting 15% off. Son decided to keep new trainers on. Went to pay. Was told by a crabbit female sales assistant that he needed to remove the shoes so she could check the sizes when clearly they were both the same size. Really unhappy girl, clearly didn’t want to be there. Showed her my app with a live discount code and she refused to honour it. Even although the other cashier said other customers had received the discount that day. Totally disgusted. Manager was less that helpful too. Horrible shop, terrible customer service. Total rip off. Won’t be back
