Lied about ticket allocation
never use the tickets site shameful i located on the map two tickets for Uefa final in an area on their map of the ground where villa fans would be , specifically for a ticket location in ANYWHERE but where the 10 ,000 seats allocate to Germans were , for obvious reasons . I picked two separate tickets in the opposite end to them based on what was available . they lied all the way through the correspondence and said it would be mixed fans where i was ,it turned out ON THE DAY it was TWO tickets next to each other in the main Freiburg section , you couldn't have got a worse location for me and my son . So paid a fortune for crap tickets . you will get completely random tickets to anything you think you are selecting , be warned . completely overpriced and just not worth the stress and effort unless you are going to a game where you don't care who wins . usual excuses they followed their guidelines . think twice and save your money 26/05/2026 see their below responses they do know of my ticket issues and have responded by e mail . completely unsatisfactory AI generated response from "Alisson" . dont use them .

Everything was great from start to finish. Even though I only received the tickets 3 days before the match, whenever I called because I was getting nervous about not having received anything yet, they always treated me wonderfully and reassured me straight away.
