Do Not Buy or Expect Any Kind of Warranty

Not sure if anyone actually works for their customer service or warranty department. Cannot get anyone to respond to me. I received defective insoles from them. The liquid insole broke inside my shoe while wearing them and ruined a fairly new pair of shoes. I would not recommend buying any of their products. They'll give you a 2 to 3 year warranty but good luck on getting in contact with anyone there. You call their 800 number and it directs you to their website. You go to their website, they direct you to their phone number. Sounds like a scam to me.
